Automation

Every event, every channel, every time.

Configure notification rules, outbound webhooks, and bring your own SMS gateway — all without custom code. Feedback data flows automatically to your existing systems.

Automation Capabilities

Four automation layers.

🔗

Outbound webhooks

Subscribe any external system to 8 event types: feedback created, hygiene assessed, ticket assigned/updated, survey completed, and cleaning logged. HMAC-SHA256 signed payloads with automatic retry up to 5 attempts.

🔔

Notification rules

Configure email and SMS triggers per module: notify on new feedback, on low hygiene score, on survey submission, or on status change. Separate rules for admin alerts and visitor updates.

🎫

Ticket automation

Hygiene ratings below your configured threshold automatically create tickets in the ticket desk. Survey long-text answers can also auto-generate tickets. All tickets enter a unified NEW → IN_PROGRESS → CLOSED workflow.

📱

Bring-your-own SMS

Route SMS through your own provider (Twilio, Infobip, NetGSM, Bird, or custom webhook). If your provider returns an error, Enafeedback fails over to platform defaults automatically.

Integrations & SMS

Connect Enafeedback to the tools you already run.

Stream every event to your own systems with signed webhooks, and route SMS through your own gateway — with automatic failover to platform defaults.

Outbound Webhooks

Subscribe external systems to feedback, hygiene, cleaning, survey and ticket events. HMAC-SHA256 signed payloads, queued delivery with automatic retries, and per-organization endpoint management.

Bring-Your-Own SMS Gateway

Use your own provider — NetGSM, Bird, Twilio, Infobip or a custom webhook. Credentials are encrypted, and SMS sent through your own gateway never counts against your platform quota.

Automatic Failover

If your provider returns a technical error, delivery automatically falls back to the platform defaults — NetGSM for Türkiye, Bird worldwide — so critical messages still go out.

Delivery Logs & Quota Control

Every message is logged with its provider and failover status on the Notifications page. Only operational SMS counts against quota; security codes and transactional messages do not.
