A single building and a multi-campus organization need different setup and support. The number of locations is never capped.

Onboarding and training

Setting up the location structure, designing posters and training admins and field staff are planned to fit your needs.

SMS usage

SMS can go through ENA's gateway or through your organization's own SMS provider account. Your choice affects the quote.

Hosting

Each customer gets its own server, database and file storage. Storage and resource needs are sized to your usage.

Why don't you publish a price list?
Each organization runs on its own server and has different setup needs, so we quote each one. There are no tiers or feature differences; the quote reflects setup scope and usage.
Is there a limit on locations or users?
No. Our single plan includes unlimited locations, users and QR codes, and every module is part of it.
Which features are available in the trial?
All of them. The trial is the same product you would buy, and it is ready in about 2 hours.
Are SMS costs included?
SMS usage is considered separately in the quote. You can send SMS through ENA's gateway or connect your organization's existing SMS provider account.
Do AI features cost extra?
No. AI features are included and run within built-in daily usage limits. You can also add your own OpenAI, Google Gemini or Anthropic API key.
What happens to our data when the contract ends?
On request, your data is exported and handed over to you. Under the contract terms, it is deleted within 30 days after the contract ends.
