The EnaFeedback app for field teams and admins

The EnaFeedback mobile app is an iOS and Android app for cleaning and inspection staff and for admins. It verifies location with NFC tags and brings cleaning and inspection logs, check-in and check-out, and the inbox together on one screen.

Location verification with NFC

When staff tap the NFC tag at a location with the app, their log is marked as verified. The trust token on the tag can be read only by the app; there is no NFC verification in the browser.

QR scanning

Scan a poster or live display QR code in the app to open the location, with the remaining session time shown on screen.

Cleaning and inspection logs

“Cleaning done” and “Checked” logs with a checklist, quality percentage and a cooldown timer before the next log.

Staff attendance

Start- and end-of-shift records with duration tracking and an “I forgot to check out” option. Check-in and check-out locations are stored.

Admin inbox

Follow pending work and counters from your phone, with Hygiene, Feedback and Teams tabs.

NFC tag writing

Users with the Owner role write the location URL and trust token to tags, verify them and lock them permanently.

Biometric app lock

Lock the app with Face ID or fingerprint. Session tokens are kept in the device's secure storage.

Four languages

The app is available in Turkish, English, German and Arabic.

Cleaning and inspection staff sign in with the organization code and their personal personnel code.

Frequently asked questions

When will the app be released?
The app is in internal testing on the App Store and Google Play. We will announce the release on this page. Until then, field staff can log work on the web, using the dynamic QR on a live display for verification in the browser. NFC verification and tag writing need the app.
Do visitors need to download the app?
No. Visitors scan the QR code with the phone camera and respond in the browser. The app is designed for field staff and admins.
Why does NFC verification work only in the app?
Besides the location URL, each NFC tag carries a separate trust token. Browsers cannot read that token; the app reads it and the server compares it with a stored hash. This confirms the log was entered at that exact spot. If someone taps the tag with a phone that does not have the app, the location opens in the browser as an ordinary visit, the same as a QR scan, and it does not count as verified.
Does the app work offline?
No, the app has no offline mode. An internet connection is needed to send logs to the server.
Will I get push notifications?
Mobile push notifications are not enabled in this version. Alerts are currently delivered by email, SMS and in-app notifications in the admin panel.
