Solution for shopping malls

From restrooms to parking, see what your visitors see

EnaFeedback is a platform that collects visitor feedback and hygiene ratings in shopping malls through QR codes and NFC points in restrooms, the food court, parking and the information desk. A low score reaches the cleaning supervisor right away, and cleaning and inspection rounds are logged by area.

Hygiene ratings in one tap

Visitors scan the QR, rate cleanliness on a five-point scale and can add a photo; the score is stored with that restroom.

Instant alerts on low scores

When a 1 or 2 comes in, the cleaning supervisor hears about it in the app, plus email or SMS if you want.

Provable cleaning rounds

Cleaning staff tap the NFC tag in each restroom to log their round; shift plan compliance is reported as a percentage.

Parking and technical faults on record

Elevator, lighting or pay station faults arrive with the location, go to the technical team and close with a result.

Contractor performance

Plan compliance, inspection quality and ticket resolution times by area and staff member, exported to Excel and PDF.

Forms in the tourist’s language

The visitor interface is in Turkish, English, German and Arabic; managers read comments in their own language with AI translation.

Common challenges

  • Visitors do not tell staff about a dirty restroom; the complaint shows up on social media or in online reviews.
  • The cleaning contractor’s hourly round sheet hangs behind the door, and nobody can prove the rounds happened.
  • Which restrooms need more frequent cleaning at weekends and holidays is decided by guesswork.
  • Parking, elevator, escalator and lighting faults are passed verbally to security and get lost.
  • Requests such as lost property, baby care rooms or accessible access are written on paper at the information desk.
  • Mall management has no data to measure the performance of cleaning and technical service contractors.

Where QR and NFC points go

  • Women’s, men’s and accessible restrooms
  • Baby care rooms and prayer rooms
  • Food court seating
  • Parking levels and pay stations
  • Elevators, escalators and entrances
  • Information desk and customer service
  • Children’s play areas
  • Staff and tenant service corridors

Restroom hygiene: rating, alert and record together

Put a QR code or NFC tag at every restroom entrance. Visitors scan the code with the phone camera, and the form opens in the browser with no app or account. They rate cleanliness on a five-point scale, can add a photo and write a short note.

With an alert rule for scores of 1 or 2, the cleaning supervisor for that floor hears about it in the app, plus email or SMS if you want. A low score can become a ticket routed to the cleaning team, which closes it with a recorded result.

Hygiene reports show scores by restroom, floor and hour. You can see which restroom drops on weekend afternoons and set the cleaning plan by data instead of guesswork.

Cleaning rounds: instead of the sheet behind the door

Set up shift-based cleaning and inspection plans for every restroom and common area. When cleaning staff arrive, they tap the NFC tag with their phone and log the round. With "Verification required" on, a log can only come from a session opened by that tag; "Fresh session required" means the log must be made within 5 minutes of the scan.

Supervisors record inspection rounds with their own checklist, and the quality percentage is calculated automatically. Plan compliance is reported as a percentage, and the same data feeds monthly reviews with your cleaning or facility management contractor.

  • Plan compliance by area and staff member
  • Quality percentage from checklists
  • Hygiene score trends and low-score alerts
  • Staff attendance and monthly timesheets

Parking, elevators and the information desk

Place QR points on parking levels, at pay stations, and by elevators and escalators. Visitors report a fault or request with its location, and the record is routed with a note to maintenance or security. The visitor gets a request code and, if they want, an email or SMS when the status changes.

Requests at the information desk such as lost property, strollers or accessible access go into the same panel. Instead of a note on paper, you get a record with an owner, a time and a result.

Announcements and events

Next to the form, the QR code can open content pages: floor plans, the store directory, opening hours or the events program. Pages are updated from the admin panel.

Screens at entrances or in the food court can be paired as live displays. Short announcements (maintenance, events) show on QR pages and on live displays.

Frequently asked questions

Do visitors need to download an app?
No. The visitor scans the QR code with the phone camera or taps the NFC tag, and the form opens in the browser. Submissions are anonymous by default.
Can one person rate the same restroom low again and again?
The same message from the same location is not accepted twice within 15 minutes, and submissions are limited to 5 per minute. A hidden field also catches bots.
An outside company provides our cleaning. Can they use it too?
Yes. The contractor’s staff log cleaning and inspections in the mobile app, and mall management sees the same reports. Admin panel access is limited with role-based permissions.
Can we collect requests from tenant stores too?
Yes. Put separate QR points in service corridors or for tenants to route tenant requests to maintenance; they are reported under their own locations, apart from visitor records.
