Ask the question where the experience happens

EnaFeedback surveys is a module for running visitor and staff surveys through the QR code, NFC tag or live display at a location and reporting the results by location. From patient satisfaction to common-area feedback, every response is stored with where it was given and which survey version it answered.

9 question types

Likert scale, single and multiple choice, short and long answer, number, text block, divider and consent.

Visitors and staff

Visitor surveys are open to anyone; staff surveys require a staff sign-in.

Responses by location

Each response is stored with the scanned location, so you can compare clinics or floors.

Versioned publishing

Every published content change creates a new version, and responses stay tied to their version.

Four languages

Turkish, English, German and Arabic; AI translation can render survey text in the visitor’s language.

Per-question analytics

Overview, location, session and question summaries, with Excel export.

Why generic survey tools fall short on site

Links sent through generic survey tools are opened hours or days after the experience. Response rates drop, and what people remember is usually a general impression. There is no record of which clinic, floor or waiting area the answer is about.

In EnaFeedback, the survey opens at the point where the experience happens. When a visitor scans the QR code at a location, the survey appears on that location’s visitor hub and every response is stored with the location. You can compare results location by location.

How you build a survey

You create a survey in Visitor survey management or Staff survey management. There are nine question types, and six of them collect answers: Likert scale, single choice, multiple choice, short answer, long answer and number. Text block and divider help structure the form. Consent is a checkbox that always sits at the bottom.

Likert questions use a 3, 4, 5, 7 or 10-point scale, shown as numbers, stars or emoji, with optional end labels. Choice questions can include an optional “Other” answer. Number questions take a minimum, maximum, decimals, step and unit.

  • Likert: 3, 4, 5, 7 or 10 points
  • Numbers, stars or emoji
  • Optional “Other” on choice questions
  • Limits and units on number questions
  • Consent checkbox at the end of the form

Publishing, versions and placement

A survey starts as a Draft, moves to Published and can be Archived when needed; an archived survey can be published again. Questions are locked after the first publish. To change them, you duplicate the survey and publish the copy, so answers to different questions never mix.

Every published content change creates an immutable version, and each response is tied to the version it answered. The periods a survey was live are recorded as well. You can turn a survey off at specific locations, choose whether it shows on the visitor hub, and drag surveys into the order you want.

Visitor and staff surveys

Visitor surveys can be answered by anyone who scans the QR code, without an account. They suit topics like patient satisfaction, clinic experience or cafeteria ratings. The form is available in Turkish, English, German and Arabic. With dynamic content translation on, survey text is translated by AI into the language the visitor picks.

Staff surveys open only to signed-in staff and are used for internal measures such as employee satisfaction or safety awareness. Survey sessions store no respondent identity, and this applies to staff surveys too. Abandoned sessions are deleted automatically after 90 days.

Reports and links to other modules

Visitor and staff survey analytics show an overview, results by location, the session list, per-question summaries, choice and consent breakdowns, text answers and individual session detail. Each session records completion status, duration, language and device. All reports export to Excel.

Surveys are offered from the same QR point as feedback and hygiene ratings. With one scan, a visitor can rate a space, raise a complaint or answer a survey. Users who follow a survey can be notified of new responses on the channel they choose.

Frequently asked questions

Is there an NPS question?
There is no standard 0–10 NPS question type. A 10-point Likert scale can be used for a similar measure, but it is not the same as a standard NPS calculation.
Are there ready-made survey templates?
There is no template library. If you choose the optional demo data during setup, you get example hospital surveys such as clinic satisfaction and common-area cleanliness, and you can duplicate any survey to start a new one.
Can we edit the questions of a live survey?
Questions are locked after the first publish. To make changes, duplicate the survey and publish the copy. This keeps answers to different questions from mixing in the same report.
Are staff surveys anonymous?
Survey sessions do not store the respondent’s identity, including surveys that require a staff sign-in. Sign-in is used only to make the survey available to staff.
Which languages can surveys be shown in?
Forms are available in Turkish, English, German and Arabic, with Arabic shown right to left. With dynamic content translation on, survey text is translated by AI into the visitor’s language.
Can we collect consent?
Yes. The consent question type adds a checkbox at the bottom of the form, and you write its text. The default text refers to Turkey’s data protection law (KVKK); we recommend adapting it to your own privacy notice.
How do we export results?
All reports on the survey analytics screens export to Excel. Charts can be saved as PNG images.
