Content pages

Put the information people need behind the QR code they already scan

EnaFeedback content pages are information pages that visitors or staff open from a QR code, NFC tag or live display at a location. They can hold text, images, tables and captioned video, and reports show what was read, where and for how long.

Rich text editor

Headings, lists, quotes, alignment, links, images with alt text and resizable tables.

Video and media grid

Embed YouTube or Vimeo, upload video up to 50 MB, and lay out images in a 2–4 column grid.

Visitors and staff

Each page targets either visitors or signed-in staff, managed from separate menus.

In the visitor’s language

With translation on, pages appear in Turkish, English, German or Arabic, as the visitor chooses.

View analytics

What is a content page and where does it help?

A content page is an information page that appears as a tile on a location’s visitor or staff hub. Someone who scans the QR code sees the cleanliness rating, feedback form, surveys and pages in one place. Instead of paper notices, brochures or a separate website link, the information lives at one point and stays current.

Typical examples: appointment and admission steps for a polyclinic waiting area, library rules on a campus, accessible facilities at a transit terminal, or the document checklist at a municipal service desk. For staff, the same structure carries shift instructions, cleaning procedure videos and guidance on filling in the control checklist.

Page or external link: two content types

Each item is one of two types. A "Page" is a rich page that opens inside the product. A "Link" is a tile that points to an existing https page on your own website. You do not need to migrate content; you only make the right link visible at the right location.

Each tile gets an icon from 166 curated icons in 8 categories. A "show on hub" setting controls whether the tile appears on the hub, and drag ordering sets its position. You can opt individual locations out, so emergency department guidance only appears at emergency department locations.

What the editor offers

The editor supports bold, italic, underline and strikethrough, H2 and H3 headings, lists, quotes, horizontal rules and alignment. You can add links, images with alt text and resizable tables, and place images side by side in a 2–4 column media grid. A page body holds up to 200,000 characters of sanitized HTML.

For video you can embed YouTube or Vimeo, or upload an MP4, WebM or MOV file up to 50 MB. Uploaded video is transcoded to H.264 on the server so it plays on common phones. You can attach a WebVTT caption file up to 512 KB; if you do not, captions are generated from an AI transcript where possible.

  • Images with alt text and tables
  • YouTube, Vimeo and uploaded video
  • WebVTT captions or automatic captions

Publishing lifecycle and permissions

Pages follow the same lifecycle as surveys: draft, published and archived. You can duplicate a page to prepare a new version and review the history of its publish windows. Visitor pages and staff pages live in separate admin menus, so staff instructions do not end up on the visitor hub by mistake.

Content can be delegated to its own role. The "Page manager" role can only manage pages, see page analytics and use the team inbox. A communications or patient services team can keep pages current without access to cleaning or feedback data.

Multilingual delivery and view reports

When dynamic content translation is on, pages are machine-translated into the visitor’s chosen language: Turkish, English, German or Arabic, with Arabic shown right to left. You write one page and reach international patients or passengers with the same information. Translation is off by default and is switched on in AI preferences.

Every view and the time spent on the page are recorded. The visitor page analytics and staff page analytics screens show an overview, results by page, by location and a list of views. Export them to Excel to see which information is actually read and where it draws attention.

Frequently asked questions

Do visitors need to install an app to see a content page?
No. Visitors scan the QR code or tap the NFC tag and the page opens in the browser. No account or app is needed.
Can we use pages from our own website?
Yes. The "Link" type creates a tile that points to an existing https page. You make that page visible at the right location without moving its content into EnaFeedback.
Can videos have captions?
Yes. You can attach a WebVTT caption file up to 512 KB to an uploaded video. If you do not, captions are generated automatically from an AI transcript where possible.
Can we publish instruction pages for staff only?
Yes. Pages with the "Staff" audience appear only on the staff hub, for staff who have signed in. Visitor and staff pages are managed and reported separately.
Which languages are pages shown in?
The visitor interface supports Turkish, English, German and Arabic. If you turn on dynamic content translation, page text is machine-translated into whichever of these languages the visitor selects.
How do I see how often a page is read?
The page analytics screens show views and time on page overall, by page and by location. You can export the view list and the reports to Excel.
