Solution for municipalities

Track the city’s shared spaces together with citizens

EnaFeedback is a platform that helps municipalities collect citizen feedback, hygiene ratings and cleaning logs in parks, public restrooms, markets and service buildings through QR codes and NFC tags. Every point in the field is a location, and complaints reach the responsible department as tickets.

Hygiene ratings for public restrooms

Citizens scan the QR code on the way out, rate 1–5 and add a photo if they want.

Field rounds verified by NFC

Cleaning and inspection staff log work by reading the NFC tag at the location with the mobile app, which verifies they were there.

Every point is a location

Build a district, park and restroom hierarchy; every report arrives without anyone describing the spot.

Tickets routed to departments

Route tickets with a note to teams such as parks, sanitation or public works.

Alerts on low scores

Send an email, SMS or in-app alert to the person in charge when a 1 or 2 rating comes in.

Plan compliance reports

Compare actual rounds with shift-based cleaning plans and see which points fell behind.

Common challenges

  • Public restroom cleaning charts hang on the door, but nobody knows when the restroom was actually cleaned.
  • A broken bench or a dead street light in a park goes unnoticed until a citizen calls and describes the spot.
  • Field crew rounds across hundreds of points around the city cannot be verified.
  • Complaints about markets and squares wait because nobody knows which department owns them.
  • Citizens never learn whether the issue they reported was handled.
  • There is no neutral data to measure the quality of contracted cleaning services.

Where QR and NFC points go

  • Public restrooms
  • Parks and playgrounds
  • Street markets and covered market halls
  • City squares and walking paths
  • Municipal service building and cashier desks
  • Cultural centers and libraries
  • Sports facilities and swimming pools
  • Cemetery and prayer areas
  • Bus stops and transfer points
  • Beaches and picnic areas

Public restrooms: from a chart on the door to a verified log

Public restrooms are where citizens judge municipal services most directly. A paper chart on the door does not prove cleaning happened; it is often filled in all at once at the end of the shift.

With EnaFeedback, cleaning staff tap the NFC tag at the location on every round and log "Cleaning done." With verification required, the log can only come from a session opened by the tag’s trust token. NFC verification works only in the EnaFeedback mobile app; tapping the tag without the app opens the location in the browser as an unverified visit. The app is in internal testing and coming soon to the stores. The same person cannot log another cleaning at the same point within 30 minutes.

A QR code at the same point lets citizens rate cleanliness from 1 to 5. One report shows both that the round happened and how the result felt to citizens.

Parks and street furniture: reports that come with a location

QR points at park entrances, playgrounds and walking paths let citizens report a broken swing, a dead light or an overflowing bin with a photo. The report arrives with the defined location, such as "Central Park, playground."

The ticket is routed to parks or public works. Citizens track the status with the request code and, if they left contact details, get an email or SMS when it changes.

Markets and squares

Complaints about cleanliness, stall order or enforcement at street markets usually stay verbal. QR codes at market entrances record them with category and location, and complaints open at high priority automatically.

Set up inspection plans for market days so inspectors fill in a checklist. You get an alert when inspection quality falls below 70%.

Measuring contracted service quality

When cleaning is contracted out, the number of rounds a contractor reports can differ from reality. The plan compliance report compares required and actual cleanings for each location by shift and calculates completion and success rates.

Field staff check in and out at a location at the start and end of a shift, and the check-in and check-out locations, duration and verification are reported. You see who was on duty at which point next to the cleaning logs.

Reports export to Excel and PDF, so both sides look at the same data in payment reviews and service evaluations.

Frequently asked questions

What if an outdoor QR poster gets damaged?
The location code does not change, so you just print and hang the same poster again. Download posters as PDFs one by one or in ZIP batches of 100.
How are NFC tags prepared?
Tags are written, verified and optionally locked for good from the NFC settings screen in the mobile app. Users with the owner role do this; there is no tag writer on the web.
Does a citizen complaint go to the right department automatically?
No, routing is manual by design. An authorized user reads the ticket and routes it to one or more departments with a required note, which cuts down on tickets landing in the wrong place.
Can tourists or citizens who speak other languages use it?
The visitor interface is available in Turkish, English, German and Arabic. With AI translation on, admins can read comments in these languages in their own language.
Is there a limit on the number of locations?
