Solution for hotels

Get guest requests to the right team without a call to the front desk

EnaFeedback is a platform that collects guest requests, feedback and hygiene ratings in hotels through QR codes and NFC points in rooms, restaurants and by the pool. Every request arrives with the room number and goes to housekeeping or maintenance; cleaning and inspection logs are tracked by room and area.

Requests that know the room

Every room has its own QR code or NFC tag. "Room 214, air conditioning not working" arrives without the guest typing a room number.

Routed to housekeeping and maintenance

Requests are routed with a note to housekeeping, maintenance or F&B; the team records the result, and the guest follows status with a request code.

Verified cleaning and inspection logs

Room attendants tap the NFC tag in the room to log cleaning; the floor supervisor fills in a checklist. The log shows the staff member was really in the room.

Satisfaction at the restaurant, spa and pool

Feedback, hygiene ratings and short surveys per service point, compared area by area.

A hotel guide behind the QR code

Wi-Fi details, restaurant hours, the spa menu and the daily activity schedule on pages opened from the room QR; announcements on live displays in the lobby.

Forms in the guest’s language

The visitor interface is in Turkish, English, German and Arabic; comments and content pages can be translated with AI.

Common challenges

  • Guests call the front desk for towels, pillows or a broken air conditioner; the request goes on paper or into memory and gets lost.
  • Complaints surface at checkout or in online reviews, so problems that could be fixed during the stay go unnoticed.
  • Housekeeping cannot prove which room was cleaned and inspected, when and by whom.
  • Satisfaction is not measured separately at service points such as restaurants, the spa, the pool or entertainment.
  • International guests cannot raise issues in their own language, and the front desk cannot speak every language.
  • Hotel information (Wi-Fi, restaurant hours, spa menu, activity schedule) stays in a printed folder in the room and goes out of date.

Where QR and NFC points go

  • Guest rooms (inside the door, on the bedside table or TV unit)
  • Lobby and reception
  • Main restaurant, à la carte restaurants and bars
  • Pool side and beach
  • Spa, hammam, sauna and thermal pools
  • Fitness room and changing rooms
  • Public area restrooms
  • Meeting rooms and conference halls
  • Kids’ club and entertainment areas
  • Staff canteen and staff changing rooms

Guest requests: no phone call, on record and trackable

The guest scans the QR code in the room with the phone camera, and the form opens in the browser without an app or account. They choose request, suggestion, complaint or thanks and can add a photo or voice recording. The request arrives with the building, floor and room.

Guest relations or the duty manager routes it with a note to housekeeping, maintenance or the F&B team. Team members see it in their team inbox, add notes and close it with a result such as "Action taken." Complaints open at high priority automatically.

After sending, the guest gets a request code and can follow the status as "New," "In progress" or "Closed." Guests who leave contact details get an email or SMS when the status changes, so a problem solved during the stay does not become a checkout review.

Housekeeping: logs that show the room was cleaned

When the attendant finishes a room, they tap the NFC tag on the door and log "Cleaning done." With "Verification required" on, a log can only come from a session opened by the tag’s trust token or the rotating QR on a live display; "Fresh session required" makes staff log within 5 minutes of the scan.

The floor supervisor records the room inspection as an inspection log with their own checklist (bed, bathroom, minibar, towels and so on), and the quality percentage is calculated automatically. Areas such as the lobby, restaurants and public restrooms get shift-based cleaning and inspection plans, and plan compliance is reported as a percentage.

NFC verification works in the EnaFeedback mobile app (the Android app is on Google Play; the iOS app is coming soon to the App Store). EnaFeedback is not a room status (clean/dirty/out of order) system or a PMS; it does not integrate with your property management system and adds an independent layer of records and evidence.

  • Cleaning log analysis by room and area
  • Cleaning and inspection performance by room attendant
  • Plan compliance in public areas
  • Excel and PDF export

Restaurant, spa and pool: measured per service point

Set up separate QR points at the main restaurant, à la carte restaurants, bars, the spa and the pool. Guests leave feedback about the service or answer a short survey, and the response is stored with that point. Instead of "hotel satisfaction," you get findings you can act on, such as "complaints about dinner service speed went up."

Turn on hygiene ratings in public restrooms, changing rooms, the hammam and thermal pools. Guests rate cleanliness on a five-point scale and can add a photo. With an alert rule for scores of 1 or 2, the person in charge hears about it in the app, plus email or SMS if you want.

A hotel guide in the room and announcements in the lobby

Next to the request form, the same QR code in the room can open hotel information: Wi-Fi, restaurant and bar hours, the spa and massage menu, the activity and entertainment schedule and checkout time. These content pages are updated from the admin panel, with no reprinting.

Screens in the lobby, by the elevators or at the restaurant entrance can be paired as live displays. Short announcements (pool maintenance, the evening program) show on QR pages and on live displays.

International guests and positive experiences

The visitor interface is available in Turkish, English, German and Arabic (right-to-left), and guests choose their own language. With AI translation on, managers read comments written in these languages in their own language, and surveys and content pages can be translated into the guest’s language.

After sending, you can show guests a "Positive outcome" page, for example a thank-you message with links to your review pages. Platforms such as Google do not allow asking only satisfied customers for reviews, so we recommend showing this page to all guests (the "Always" setting).

Field staff: attendance and task tracking

Housekeeping, maintenance and other field staff can check in and out at a location at the start and end of a shift. You see who worked in which building and for how long, next to the cleaning logs; reminder and auto-close limits are set between 4 and 72 hours. The monthly timesheet goes to payroll as Excel.

Each hotel runs on its own application stack, database and file storage. Guest submissions are anonymous by default; your hotel decides which contact fields and which consent text to use.

Frequently asked questions

Do guests need to download an app or sign up?
No. The guest scans the QR code with the phone camera or taps the NFC tag, and the form opens in the browser. Submissions are anonymous by default; contact details are optional.
Does it integrate with our property management system (PMS)?
No, there is no PMS integration. The room comes from the location the QR code or NFC tag belongs to; EnaFeedback does not manage room status, it keeps request and cleaning records.
Who sees a guest request that comes in at night?
Requests show up immediately in the admin panel and the mobile app. With alert rules you can send chosen categories to the duty manager in the app, by email or SMS; each manager can set their own SMS quiet hours.
Is the form available in Russian or other languages?
Today the visitor interface is available in Turkish, English, German and Arabic.
How do we know the attendant really cleaned the room?
EnaFeedback proves the log was made in the room, not the quality of the cleaning. With "Verification required" on, a log can only come from a session opened by the room’s NFC tag; the floor supervisor’s checklist covers quality.
