Four languages for visitors and staff

The visitor and staff interface comes in four languages: Turkish, English, German and Arabic. Anyone who scans the QR code can switch the language on screen. Interface text is matched across all four languages; each of the 390 visitor-side strings exists in every language, so no button or message is left untranslated.

You decide which languages to offer. Every language except the organization’s default can be turned off. The mobile app supports the same four languages. Live displays rotate through the enabled visitor languages every 45 seconds, so international visitors notice the QR code too.

  • Visitor and staff interface: Turkish, English, German, Arabic
  • Admin panel: Turkish, English
  • Mobile app: Turkish, English, German, Arabic
  • Right-to-left layout: Arabic

Right-to-left layout for Arabic

When Arabic is selected, the visitor interface is shown right to left and the page’s language and direction are set correctly. This lets browsers and assistive technology recognize the content language. Arabic-speaking visitors in hospitals, airports and campuses fill in the form in their own writing direction.

The admin panel always runs left to right. Feedback written in Arabic is stored in its original form, and with comment translation on, admins can also read it in the panel’s language.

AI translation works in both directions

With dynamic content translation on, content pages, surveys and module text are translated into the language the visitor selects. Translation targets the same four languages as the visitor interface. You write content once in Turkish and offer the same information to visitors reading English, German or Arabic.

In the other direction, comment and message translation turns feedback written in another language into the admin’s language, and transcript translation does the same for voice and video transcripts. The email and SMS status updates sent to visitors when their ticket changes are ready in Turkish, English, German and Arabic.

Organization language: admin panel, notifications and exports

The admin panel is available in Turkish and English. The organization language is chosen during setup and locked afterward; admin notifications and Excel and PDF exports are produced in that language. Reports and official outputs stay consistent in one language across the organization.

Text on QR poster PDFs can be downloaded in Turkish or English. Whatever language the poster is printed in, visitors who scan it can still choose their own language on screen. You might use English posters in an international patient unit and Turkish ones in general waiting areas, and offer the same four-language experience at both.

Accessibility: a WCAG 2.2 AA target

EnaFeedback targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA. The published accessibility statement gives the status as partial conformance, based on internal review. It is not a certificate; it states plainly what has been done and which areas still have gaps. Accessibility feedback goes to support@enainnovation.com, with a response promised within 10 business days.

Measures in place include skip links and keyboard access, focus trapping in dialogs, reduced-motion support, ARIA error messaging, correct language and direction attributes, contrast fixes, table captions and text alternatives for charts. On content pages, images can carry alt text and videos can carry captions.
