Solution for universities

Hear your campus, from the dining hall to the dorms

EnaFeedback is a platform that collects feedback from students, staff and visitors through QR codes and NFC points in dining halls, libraries, dorms and service buildings. Every request reaches the right unit, and cleaning and inspection logs are tracked across the campus.

Campus-wide location structure

Use the building, floor, unit and location hierarchy to report on every faculty, dorm and dining hall separately.

Feedback without an account

Students scan a QR code and send a request, suggestion, complaint or thanks, with a photo if they want. No app needed.

Surveys per service point

Publish separate surveys for the dining hall, library or dorms; each response is stored with the location where it was given.

Tickets routed to units

Route requests with a note to resolution teams such as facilities, IT or dorm management, and record the result.

Content pages behind the QR

Publish menus, opening hours or dorm rules on pages tied to each location.

Four languages for international students

The visitor interface runs in Turkish, English, German and Arabic; surveys and pages can be translated with AI.

Common challenges

  • Dining hall complaints grow on social media but never reach the responsible unit as a concrete, location-specific record.
  • Restrooms and common areas are spread over dozens of buildings, and nobody can track their cleaning from one place.
  • Dorm repairs and student requests are scattered across phone calls, emails and petitions, and it is unclear which were resolved.
  • Service satisfaction surveys run once at the end of term and are not broken down by service point.
  • International students cannot give feedback on campus services in their own language.
  • Campus notices and service information stay on bulletin boards and go out of date.

Where QR and NFC points go

  • Main dining hall and faculty cafeterias
  • Library reading rooms
  • Dorm corridors, laundry rooms and shared kitchens
  • Registrar and student services desks
  • Classroom and lecture hall corridors
  • Faculty restrooms
  • Sports hall and locker rooms
  • Campus shuttle stops
  • Lab and workshop entrances
  • Conference hall and congress center foyer

Dining halls and cafeterias: instant feedback, measurable quality

The dining hall is where campus feedback is most intense. With QR codes on tables and at tray return points, students can report food quality, portion size or hygiene on the spot. Each report carries the dining hall and the time of the meal.

Publish a short Likert survey on service satisfaction and compare results across dining halls. You can also publish the menu and opening hours on a content page that opens from the same QR code.

Libraries and classrooms: a quiet channel for quiet spaces

Students do not need to walk to the desk to report air conditioning, lighting, power outlet or noise problems in the library. A QR code on the study desk sends a request with a photo, which can be routed straight to facilities or library management.

Turn on hygiene ratings for the restrooms along classroom and lecture hall corridors, and use alert rules to notify the cleaning supervisor about low scores.

Dorms: tracking repairs and requests

QR points in dorm corridors, laundry rooms and shared kitchens let students report repairs and requests with the exact location. After sending, the student gets a request code and can follow the status: New, In progress or Closed.

Students who leave contact details get an email or SMS when the status changes. Dorm management sees ticket age and resolution times in feedback analytics.

Student services and campus-wide cleaning

Measure satisfaction separately at service points such as the registrar, health center or career center. Staff surveys let you hear from campus employees too; staff survey sessions store no respondent identity.

Set up shift-based plans for campus cleaning and inspection rounds. Cleaners log their work on site, inspectors fill in a checklist, and plan compliance is reported by building and location. Field staff can also check in and out at a location at the start and end of a shift.

Built with AFSÜ

EnaFeedback is developed by ENA Innovation, a technopark company at Zafer Technopark supported by Afyonkarahisar Health Sciences University (AFSÜ). AFSÜ is a reference user under a protocol.

Each university runs on its own dedicated application stack and database. The admin panel is available in Turkish and English, and the visitor interface in four languages.

Frequently asked questions

Do students need an account or an app?
No. Students scan the QR code with the phone camera and the form opens in the browser. Submissions are anonymous by default, and contact details are optional.
Can faculties see their own data separately?
Reports filter by building, unit and location. Ticket visibility follows resolution team membership, so team members only see tickets routed to their teams.
Is there a ready-made dining hall survey template?
There is no template library. Build the survey once and use Duplicate to copy it for other dining halls or terms.
Which languages can international students use?
The visitor interface is available in Turkish, English, German and Arabic. With AI translation on, admins can read comments written in these languages in their own language.
How are spam and duplicate submissions blocked?
Submissions are rate-limited per minute, a hidden honeypot catches bots, and the same message from the same location within 15 minutes is rejected.
How does the trial work?
A free trial with every feature is opened within about 2 hours of your request. Pricing is one unlimited plan, quoted for your campus.
