EnaFeedback is a product of ENA Innovation, a technopark company at Zafer Technopark in Afyonkarahisar, Türkiye, supported by Afyonkarahisar Health Sciences University (AFSÜ). We build software that makes daily work easier for organizations in health, quality and innovation.
A product born in a hospital corridor
EnaFeedback started from a simple observation. In hospitals, what patients and companions wanted to say often sat in a suggestion box, and the work of cleaning teams stayed on a sheet behind a door. Managers learned what was happening on the floor only when a complaint escalated.
We built the product in a real hospital setting, under a protocol with AFSÜ and AFSÜ Health Practice and Research Hospital, with feedback from the teams on site. Today EnaFeedback brings feedback, hygiene ratings, ticket management and cleaning tracking together on one platform.
Our goal is to help every organization with a physical space listen to its visitors, resolve issues quickly and prove the work it does.
We start on site
We design features in the outpatient corridor, on the night shift and next to the cleaning cart, not at a desk.
Honest communication
We say clearly what the product does and what it does not. We never call a standard “certified” before it is.
Respect for data
We set up separate infrastructure for each customer, collect feedback anonymously by default and keep only the data we need.
Accessible to everyone
The visitor interface works in four languages, targets WCAG 2.2 AA and follows plain-language principles.
