QR posters and displays

On-brand QR posters and live displays for every location

EnaFeedback places each location’s QR code on a poster template in your own branding and bulk downloads posters for many locations in one step. On kiosks and screens it shows a dynamic QR that refreshes every 15 seconds, which verifies that a scan really happened at that spot.

Template editor

10 text and 3 QR elements, layers, grid, snap, undo and your organization’s logo.

Bulk download

Download poster PDFs or QR PNGs for up to 100 locations at once as a ZIP.

Automatic fields

Location name, code, unit and the building/floor/unit path print onto each poster automatically.

Live QR displays

A dynamic QR on a kiosk or TV that refreshes every 15 seconds and stays valid for 30.

Verified location

A session opened from a display QR counts as verified, which is proof for staff work logs.

Permanent short QR link

Each location has a permanent 6-character code, so posters do not need replacing.

Every location has a permanent QR code

In EnaFeedback, every location in the Building, Floor, Unit and Location hierarchy gets an automatically generated, permanent 6-character code. That code identifies the location in every QR, NFC and display URL. A printed QR points to a 12-character short link on qr.enainnovation.com, which opens the visitor hub on your organization’s own server.

Renaming a location or reorganizing its modules does not change the poster. Each scan shows the hygiene rating, feedback, surveys and pages that are active for that location at that moment. When you deactivate a location, a scan shows "Location is inactive".

On-brand posters with the template editor

The template editor runs in a desktop browser. Upload a PNG, JPEG or WebP background up to 15 MB and 6000 px on the longest edge, then place up to 10 text elements and 3 QR elements on it. Tools include undo/redo, a grid, snapping, layers you can hide, lock and reorder, and duplicate.

Text elements can be custom text or automatic fields: location name, location code, unit name, unit plus location, building/floor/unit or the full building/floor/unit/location path. For each QR element you choose one of six styles, an error correction level of L, M, Q or H, and foreground and background colors. Placing your logo in the center raises error correction to H automatically.

  • Up to 10 text and 3 QR elements
  • Automatic location, unit, building and floor fields
  • Square, dots, rounded and classy QR styles
  • Automatic level H error correction with a center logo
  • Print resolution from 72 to 600 DPI (default 150)

Single or bulk download

For a single location you can download a poster PDF or a plain QR code PNG. Bulk download takes up to 100 locations at a time: with a template chosen, the ZIP contains one poster PDF per location; without one, it contains QR PNG files. When you open a new building, every poster is ready for print in one step.

Page size is calculated from the background’s pixel dimensions and the print resolution you set. There is no separate paper-size picker, so prepare the background for your target print size. Poster text can be downloaded in Turkish or English. PDFs are rendered on your organization’s own server, not on a central ENA service.

Live displays: a dynamic QR that refreshes every 15 seconds

A waiting room screen, kiosk or tablet can be paired as a live display. It shows a dynamic QR, or a poster template whose QR slots are live, together with the location name and its building, floor and unit. The QR refreshes every 15 seconds and each code stays valid for 30 seconds, so a code scanned at the moment of refresh still works.

Photographing a dynamic QR to scan it elsewhere does not work, because the code expires within seconds. That is why a session opened from a display counts as verified. When you turn on "Verification required" for staff modules, cleaning and control logs are accepted only from sessions opened by an NFC tag or a live display QR. NFC verification works only in the EnaFeedback mobile app; tapping a tag without the app opens an unverified visit, like a printed QR.

Display setup and management

To pair a screen, create a one-time registration code in the admin panel; it is valid for 10 minutes. On the screen, open the /display page on your organization’s address and enter the 10-character code, or use the join link. The screen receives a credential cookie, and the server stores only its SHA-256 hash.

The display rotates through your enabled visitor languages every 45 seconds, shifts its content slightly every two minutes to protect the panel, and keeps the screen awake. In the admin panel you see each display as Online, Offline or Disabled, with its last signal and scans over the last 30 days, and you can change its output, rotate its credential or disable it.

Frequently asked questions

If I rename a location, do I need to reprint the poster?
The QR code is tied to the location’s permanent 6-character code, so it keeps working. If the poster prints the location name and you want the visible name updated, download and print just that poster again.
How many posters can I download at once?
Bulk download takes up to 100 locations at a time. With a template chosen the ZIP contains poster PDFs; without one it contains QR PNG files.
Can I choose a paper size such as A4 or Letter?
There is no separate paper-size picker. Page size comes from the background image’s pixel dimensions and the print resolution you choose between 72 and 600 DPI, so prepare the background for your target print size.
What is the difference between a dynamic QR and a printed QR?
A printed QR is permanent and always opens the same location. The dynamic QR on a live display refreshes every 15 seconds and is valid for 30, so a session opened from it counts as verified: the person was really at that spot.
Do live displays need special hardware?
No. Any screen, kiosk or tablet that can open a browser works. You open the /display page and enter the registration code you created in the admin panel, which is valid for 10 minutes.
Can I use the template editor on a phone?
The template editor is designed for desktop browsers. Poster downloads and display management with a finished template are done in the admin panel.
