Mobile app overview
The EnaFeedback mobile app for Android and iOS has visitor, staff and admin modes. See the roles, supported devices, version requirements and app version.

The EnaFeedback mobile app is the Android and iOS app for visitors, field staff and managers of organizations that use EnaFeedback. One app runs in three modes: visitor without signing in, staff with a personnel code, and admin with an organization account. The app is in internal testing and is coming soon to the app stores.

Required role / permission and version
- At least one organization must be added to the device. You add it with the organization code, a QR poster or an NFC tag at the organization. See Setup and organizations.
- Visitor mode needs no sign-in.
- Staff mode needs an active personnel record and a personnel code.
- Admin mode needs an admin panel user account in your organization. Each screen appears only to admins with the matching permission.
- iOS devices need iOS 15.0 or later.
- This article is verified against EnaFeedback Mobile 1.10.0 and EnaFeedback 2.3.0.
Three modes
The app opens in visitor mode. Use the Sign in button in the home header to sign in as staff or admin. When you sign out, the app returns to visitor mode for the same organization.

The bottom bar shows four tabs and a center button in every mode:
- Visitor: Home, Report, Surveys, Settings. The center Location button scans a location.
- Staff: Home, Actions, Report, Settings. The center Location button scans a location.
- Admin: Home, Inbox, Manage, Settings. If you have the permission and the device has NFC, the center button opens NFC settings.
Supported devices
- Phones: Android and iOS phones. Portrait is the primary layout.
- Tablets, landscape and foldable phones Requires: EnaFeedback Mobile 1.10.0: wide windows use a side rail instead of the bottom bar, and Message center and inboxes show a two-column list and detail. See Tablets and foldables.
- NFC: reading and writing NFC tags works only on devices with NFC hardware. On devices without NFC (for example iPad), NFC options are hidden and the app only mentions QR codes. On devices that have NFC but have it turned off, the options stay visible.
Language
- Visitor mode is available in the languages your organization enables: Turkish, English, German and Arabic (Arabic right-to-left). If more than one visitor language is enabled, change it under Settings → Organisation and language → Language.
- Staff and admin modes use the organization's language (Turkish or English).
Version requirements
New mobile features need a matching version of your organization's EnaFeedback server. On an older server, new screens show a message such as "This report needs a server update."

EnaFeedback 2.2.0 needs app 1.9.0
EnaFeedback 2.2.0 and later no longer serve the old alert endpoints. With these servers the app must be 1.9.0 or later; older versions cannot load the alerts screen.
If your organization sets a minimum app version, an older app stops on the Update required screen. See Setup and organizations.
Finding the app version
Open Settings
Tap the Settings tab. The card at the top shows "Field feedback · Version …" with the installed version.
Open About
For details, tap Settings → Information and support → About. Under System status you see the version and status of the Mobile app, Organisation API, Organisation web app, ENA Cloud services and enafeedback.com. The same screen shows the organization name, organization code and a masked Device ID.
When you contact support, sharing the app version and the system status from About helps us solve the issue faster.
Known limits
- Push notifications are not active yet. Unread counts appear on the bell and refresh regularly while the app is open.
- There is no offline queue for forms. Sending reports, records and messages needs an internet connection. The only offline queue is the tag sync in NFC batch setup.
- The app does not replace the admin panel. Module settings, locations, users, detailed reports and exports stay in the web admin panel. See Only in the mobile app.
- If admin screens added in a new app version do not appear, sign out of the admin session once and sign in again; permissions are read at sign-in.
