Visitor mode is the EnaFeedback mobile app mode you use without signing in. A visitor in a hospital waiting area, a campus building or a terminal scans the location's QR code or NFC tag, then sends a cleaning report or feedback, answers open surveys and reads the organization's content pages. It offers the same tasks as the visitor web pages.
Required role / permission and version
- No sign-in. An organization must be added to the device. See Setup and organizations.
- The organization decides which tasks appear: modules are turned on in the admin panel and can be on or off per location.
- Message center and My reports need EnaFeedback Mobile 1.9.0 and EnaFeedback 2.2.0 or later.
Home
The visitor home has three parts:
- Header: the organization logo and name (tap to open the organization list), the Message center bell, the Sign in button and the location row. Before you scan a location, the row says "Scan a QR code or an NFC tag."
- Quick actions: tasks open at your location: Cleaning report, Feedback and, when a survey is open, Surveys. Only open tasks appear.
- Visitor pages: content pages the organization publishes for visitors. Pages can contain text, images and videos with captions.
The bottom bar has the Home, Report, Surveys and Settings tabs, with the Location button in the center.
Scanning a location
Tasks open once you read the QR code or NFC tag where you are.
Tap the Location button
Tap Location in the middle of the bottom bar. Press and hold it to open the camera directly.
Choose QR or NFC
- Scan QR: hold the QR code in the camera frame.
- Scan NFC: hold the tag against the back of the phone.
Check the location
When the read succeeds, "Location read" appears and the location row in the header updates.
About the location session:
- A session opened by QR shows as Location session open. A session opened in the app with an NFC tag is marked Verified location, with a green shield on the right of the card.
- The session stays open for a limited time. The remaining time appears in the last 5 minutes and counts down in the last 2 minutes.
- If the app stays in the background for more than 15 minutes, the session closes.
- If you scan another organization's QR code, Organisation will change opens.
Some forms carry a Verification required label: they can be sent only at a location verified by NFC. Details: NFC tags.
Report: cleaning reports and feedback
The Report tab asks "Choose what you want to report.":
- Cleaning report (hygiene assessment): "Rate the cleanliness of this area or report a problem." The rating scale runs from Dirty to Clean; add a Comment if you like.
- Feedback: "Share a suggestion, complaint or thanks." Fill in Category, Subject and Message.
Without a location, the Read a location first notice opens with QR and NFC buttons. If both tasks are off at the location, "Reporting is off here" appears.
Sending a form:
- Required fields have an asterisk. Missing fields are marked when you tap Send.
- If the form allows it, attach files with Take a photo, Photo library, Record a video, Add a video or Record audio. You can add up to 5 photos and one video; video and audio recordings are limited to 2 minutes.
- To share contact details, turn on Add my contact details. On optional forms, leaving it off sends the report anonymously; some forms require at least one contact field.
- Tap Send. The "Submission received" screen shows the Reference number.
For form content and rules, see Feedback, Cleaning report and Media attachments.
Surveys
The Surveys tab lists surveys open at your location. Each row shows the number of questions and an estimated time (such as "~3 min"). Tapping a survey opens its questions directly; required questions are marked. If none are open, "No open surveys" appears; try again after scanning another location. See Surveys.
Message center and My reports
Requires: EnaFeedback 2.2.0 · EnaFeedback Mobile 1.9.0Tap the bell in the home header; the panel that opens shows recent items and a Message center button. For visitors, Message center has two parts:
- Announcements: announcements the organization and your current location publish for visitors.
- My reports: the status of reports sent from this device: Received, In progress or Completed.
New announcements and reports with a changed status add to the count on the bell. Report history is kept on the device per organization; reports you sent from another device do not appear here. For how announcements are published, see Visitor announcements.
Language
Visitor mode is available in the languages your organization enables: Turkish, English, German and Arabic. The app uses your own choice first, then the device language, then the organization's language. If more than one language is enabled, change it under Settings → Organisation and language → Language. See Languages and accessibility.
Known limits
- Sending reports and surveys needs an internet connection; there is no offline send queue.
- My reports shows only reports sent from this device. Deleting the app deletes the history.
- There are no push notifications; new announcements appear on the bell while the app is open.
