This page lists, by role, the EnaFeedback features that exist only in the EnaFeedback mobile app. You cannot do these things in the admin panel, the staff panel or on the visitor page. Each row shows the first mobile release with the feature and the article with the details.
Required role, permission and version
- The app must be connected to your organization. See Setup and organizations.
- Staff features need Personnel sign-in with a personnel code; admin features need Administrator sign-in with an admin panel account.
- Writing NFC tags is for admins with the Owner role only.
- The mobile app is in internal testing and coming soon to the stores.

What the mobile app does not have
The mobile app does not replace the admin panel. Setup, users and roles, locations and posters, module settings, alert rules, full reports and exports are only in the admin panel. The staff panel's Quick sign-in and today's plan card are not in the mobile app either. See Only in the admin panel and Only in the staff panel.
Known limits
- NFC features appear on devices with NFC hardware. On devices without NFC (for example iPad), NFC options are hidden and only QR is used. Requires: EnaFeedback Mobile 1.10.0
- There is no offline outbox for forms: feedback, cleaning reports, surveys and field logs need a connection. The only records that can wait offline are NFC trust records from batch setup.
- Push notifications are not active yet; messages appear in the app's Message center.
