What is the difference between Starter and Professional?

Professional unlocks AI insights (700k tokens/cycle), multimedia attachments (photo, voice, video on visitor forms), advanced analytics with drill-down reports, advanced CSV/Excel export, SMS notifications in addition to email, and 5-year audit retention. Starter includes all modules, basic analytics, email notifications, and 3-year audit retention.

What does "per cycle" mean for SMS and AI token quotas?

Your billing cycle is monthly. SMS and AI token allowances reset at the start of each billing cycle. If you need more, Enterprise plans allow overage billing so you are never blocked mid-cycle. Add-on SMS packs (5,000 credits) are also available.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Plan changes are managed through the EnaSpace Portal. When you upgrade, the new limits are available immediately. Billing is prorated and the cycle anchor resets on tier change.

Is the Enterprise plan self-service?

Accepted Answer

Enterprise plans are provisioned as custom account offers via EnaSpace Console. Contact us with your scale requirements — number of buildings, locations, team members, and AI needs — and we will configure a plan accordingly.
