Solution for fuel stations

What travelers remember most: the restroom

EnaFeedback is a platform that collects traveler feedback and hygiene ratings at fuel stations and rest areas through QR codes and NFC points in restrooms, the shop and the prayer room. A low score reaches the shift supervisor right away, cleaning rounds are logged by station, and stations are compared on the same measures.

Hygiene ratings at the restroom door

Travelers scan the QR and rate cleanliness on a five-point scale; the score is stored with the station and restroom.

Instant alerts, night shift included

When a 1 or 2 comes in, the shift supervisor hears about it in the app, plus SMS or email if you want.

Rounds that cannot be skipped

Staff tap the NFC tag in each restroom to log the round; plan compliance shows by hour and shift.

Compare stations

Each station is set up as its own building; hygiene scores and plan compliance appear side by side.

Staff attendance

Shift staff check in and out at the station, and the monthly timesheet goes to payroll as Excel.

Area audits with checklists

Area managers record station visits as inspection logs, and the quality percentage is calculated automatically.

Common challenges

  • A dirty restroom sends travelers to another brand at their next stop, and they never tell anyone why.
  • With few staff on the night shift, cleaning rounds get skipped and nobody notices.
  • The cleaning sheet behind the door is filled in all at once at the end of the shift.
  • Area managers only see cleanliness across dozens of stations when they visit.
  • During holiday peaks, the stations that need support are spotted too late.
  • Prayer rooms, baby care rooms and accessible restrooms are missed in audits.

Where QR and NFC points go

  • Women’s, men’s and accessible restrooms
  • Prayer room and ablution area
  • Baby care room
  • Shop and checkout
  • Cafe and restaurant seating
  • Pump islands and air and water points
  • Car wash and parking
  • Truck and coach rest areas

Restroom hygiene: the traveler’s score, the supervisor’s alert

Put a QR code or NFC tag at every restroom entrance. Travelers scan the code with the phone camera, and the form opens in the browser with no app or account. They rate cleanliness on a five-point scale and can add a photo. It takes a few seconds.

With an alert rule for scores of 1 or 2, the shift supervisor hears about it right away. A low score can become a ticket that is closed with a result once the restroom is cleaned. Area managers can follow the same alert.

Cleaning rounds, night shift included

Set up hourly or shift-based cleaning and inspection plans for each station. Staff tap the NFC tag in the restroom with their phone and log the round. With "Verification required" on, a log can only come from a session opened by that tag; "Fresh session required" means the log must be made within 5 minutes of the scan. Filling in the sheet at the end of the shift is no longer possible.

Plan compliance is reported as a percentage, and you can see at which station night rounds were skipped. Area managers record station visits with their own checklist as inspection logs.

  • Plan compliance by station, area and shift
  • Hygiene score trends and low-score alerts
  • Area audits with checklists
  • Excel and PDF export

Shop, cafe and pump islands

Put separate QR points in the shop, the cafe and at pump islands to hear what travelers think of the service. Suggestions, complaints and thanks are stored with the station and area. Complaints open at high priority automatically.

Faults at air and water points, lighting or the car wash arrive as tickets and are routed to the technical team. The traveler gets a request code and, if they want, an email or SMS when the status changes.

Many stations and international travelers

Set up each station as its own building in the location hierarchy. Reports filter by station, area and date, so you see right away which station’s score drops during holiday peaks.

The visitor interface is available in Turkish, English, German and Arabic, so transit travelers can fill in the form in their own language. With AI translation on, managers read comments in their own language.

Frequently asked questions

Do travelers need to download an app?
No. The traveler scans the QR code with the phone camera or taps the NFC tag, and the form opens in the browser. Submissions are anonymous by default.
Can dealer-operated stations use it?
Yes. Dealer staff log cleaning in the mobile app, and admin panel access is limited with role-based permissions. We plan the setup together around your distributor and dealer structure.
Does it work at stations with a weak connection?
The traveler form and the staff app need an internet connection; mobile data is enough. The app has no offline mode; each log is written to the server right away.
Does it integrate with our fuel automation system?
No, there is no fuel automation or POS integration. EnaFeedback keeps hygiene, feedback and cleaning records.
