Solution for airports and transit

Measure the passenger experience in terminals, stations and vehicles

EnaFeedback is a platform that collects passenger feedback, hygiene ratings and cleaning logs in airport terminals, bus and rail stations and transit vehicles through QR codes, NFC tags and live displays. Passengers pick one of four languages, and each report knows which gate, platform or vehicle it came from.

Passenger interface in four languages

Turkish, English, German and Arabic (right-to-left). Live displays rotate through the enabled languages every 45 seconds.

Hygiene ratings in seconds

A QR code at the restroom exit lets passengers rate 1–5 and add a comment or photo if they want.

Rotating QR on live displays

The QR on kiosk screens refreshes every 15 seconds, which makes remote fake submissions from a photo of the code harder.

Verified cleaning rounds

Staff log work through an NFC tag or a live display; every log stores whether the session was verified and fresh.

Shift-based cleaning plans

Define shift slots and the required number of cleanings for each location; plan compliance is calculated automatically.

Posters at scale

Download branded posters for hundreds of locations in ZIP batches of 100.

Common challenges

  • Passengers pass through quickly and leave the terminal without ever reaching a complaint desk.
  • Restroom cleaning slips at peak hours, and the only way to find out is social media posts.
  • Foreign passengers cannot raise issues on Turkish-only forms.
  • Proving that cleaning rounds happened is hard across large terminals and many stations.
  • In-vehicle complaints reach the call center without a clear line or vehicle number.
  • There is no shared, neutral data set to measure a contracted cleaning company’s service quality.

Where QR and NFC points go

  • Terminal restrooms and baby care rooms
  • Boarding gate waiting areas
  • Baggage claim hall
  • Security checkpoint exits
  • Bus terminal platforms and waiting halls
  • Metro and tram station entrances
  • Inside buses, metro cars and trams
  • Food courts and dining areas
  • Information desks and lost and found points
  • Parking and car rental areas

Terminals: short contact, clear data

A passenger spends a few minutes in a restroom or at a gate. The feedback channel has to fit into that time. With EnaFeedback, the passenger scans a QR code, picks a language and gives a hygiene rating or writes a short complaint on one screen. No account or app is needed.

Every report arrives with its location code, such as "International departures, 2nd floor, B gates restroom." The operations team does not have to work out where the problem is; they go straight there.

Stations and vehicles: feedback by line and vehicle

In public transport, each station and each vehicle can be its own location. You can map the building, floor, unit and location hierarchy to "line, station, platform" or "depot, line, vehicle."

QR stickers inside vehicles send reports about air conditioning, cleanliness or driver behavior together with the vehicle. Complaints become tickets and are routed to operations, maintenance or cleaning teams.

Multilingual travelers

The visitor interface is available in Turkish, English, German and Arabic, with Arabic shown right-to-left. Passengers can switch language themselves, and kiosk displays rotate through the enabled languages.

With AI translation on, the operations team reads comments in these languages in their own language. Content pages such as lost and found procedures or transfer information can be translated into the passenger’s language too.

Measure cleaning contractors with evidence

Cleaning in airports and stations is often contracted out. EnaFeedback has cleaning staff log their work on site and inspectors fill in a checklist. With "Verification required" on, a log can only come from a session opened by an NFC trust token or the rotating QR on a live display. NFC verification works only in the EnaFeedback mobile app, which is coming soon to the stores.

The plan compliance report compares required and actual cleanings by shift. Read alongside passenger hygiene ratings, it shows both that the work was done and how the result felt to passengers.

  • Plan completion and success rates
  • Cleaning and inspection performance per staff member
  • Staff check-in and check-out at the location
  • Alert when inspection quality drops below 70%
  • Excel and PDF export

Frequently asked questions

In which languages can foreign passengers give feedback?
The interface is available in Turkish, English, German and Arabic. Passengers write in their language; with AI translation on, the operations team reads the comment in theirs.
What if there is no internet inside the vehicle?
The visitor form uses the passenger’s own mobile data. There is no offline mode, so submissions are not possible without a connection.
How do we know the cleaning contractor is not faking logs?
With verification required, a log can only be written through an NFC trust token or the display QR that refreshes every 15 seconds. The same person can log the same type at the same location once every 30 minutes.
Is preparing posters for many locations a lot of work?
Design one branded template and download posters for up to 100 locations in a single ZIP. Each poster shows the location name and building, floor and unit automatically.
Are tickets escalated automatically if they are not closed in time?
No, there are no SLA timers or automatic escalation. Feedback analytics show time to first read, time to close and the age of unread tickets after the fact.
