署名付きwebhookであらゆるイベントを自社システムへ送信し、自前のゲートウェイでSMSを送信できます。プラットフォーム既定値への自動フェイルオーバー付き。
アウトバウンドWebhook
フィードバック・衛生・アンケート・チケットのイベントに外部システムを購読登録。HMAC-SHA256で署名されたペイロード、自動リトライ付きのキュー配信、組織ごとのエンドポイント管理に対応します。
自前のSMSゲートウェイ（BYO）
NetGSM、Bird、Twilio、Infobip、またはカスタムwebhookなど、ご自身のプロバイダーを利用できます。認証情報は暗号化され、自前のゲートウェイで送信したSMSはプラットフォームのクォータに計上されません。
自動フェイルオーバー
プロバイダーが技術的エラーを返した場合、配信は自動的にプラットフォーム既定値（トルコはNetGSM、世界はBird）へフォールバックし、重要なメッセージを確実に送信します。
配信ログとクォータ管理
すべてのメッセージは、プロバイダーとフェイルオーバー状況とともに「通知」ページに記録されます。クォータに計上されるのは運用SMSのみで、セキュリティコードやトランザクションメッセージは計上されません。
