Age Suitability Statement

EnaFeedback is business software that organizations use to manage visitor feedback, hygiene ratings, tickets and field records in their physical spaces. This statement explains who the product is designed for, what content the product itself shows, how user-generated content is moderated, how children may use it, and the facts behind the app store age rating.

This document is a supplier statement prepared for organizations, auditors and app store reviews. It is not a certificate from an age rating body. The information is based on a review of the product and mobile app source code dated 19 October 2026.

• Web admin panel: the panel used by organization administrators and team members.
• Staff panel: the interface field staff use for cleaning and control logs, check-in/check-out and messages.
• Visitor pages: the feedback, hygiene rating, survey, content page and ticket tracking screens opened by QR code, NFC tag or live display.
• EnaFeedback mobile app (iOS and Android): visitor, staff and admin modes. The mobile app is in internal testing and coming soon to the app stores.

This statement does not cover the www.enafeedback.com marketing website, which is aimed at business buyers.

3. Intended usersCopy Anchor Link

Administrator, team member and staff accounts are opened by the organization for its employees. EnaFeedback has no public sign-up.

Anyone at the organization's location can use the visitor pages and visitor mode. This may include minors, for example the family of a patient at a pediatric clinic or a student on a campus. The product does not ask visitors for their age or date of birth and does not verify age.

4. Content suitabilityCopy Anchor Link

The product's own interface consists of forms, rating scales, status information, reports and system messages. Content provided by the product contains:

• no violence, horror or frightening elements;
• no sexual content or nudity;
• no profanity, crude humor or discriminatory language;
• no references to alcohol, tobacco or drugs;
• no gambling, games of chance, loot boxes or contests.

Content that organizations prepare themselves (content pages, survey questions, announcements, images and videos) is the organization's responsibility and is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy.

5. User-generated content and moderationCopy Anchor Link

EnaFeedback contains user-generated content:

• Visitor feedback: text with photo, video and audio attachments. It reaches only the authorized users of the organization concerned.
• Message center: internal announcements, messages and replies between the organization's administrators and staff (including photo attachments).

Moderation is in the organization's hands:

• Visitor feedback is not shown to other visitors or publicly. There is no public sharing, public profile or chat room between users.
• Visitors cannot send messages to each other. Only staff and administrators set up by the organization use the message center; the permissions the organization grants decide who can send messages.
• Content visitors see (content pages, surveys and announcements) is written and published by the organization's authorized users.
• The organization is responsible for managing content in its environment and acting on inappropriate content.

6. Children's use and personal dataCopy Anchor Link

• For personal data processed in an EnaFeedback environment (feedback, attachments, survey responses, staff records), the organization using the product is the data controller. ENA Innovation processes this data as data processor, on the organization's instructions. This is the same under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
• Minors may leave feedback as visitors, for example by scanning a QR code in a hospital or on a campus. The organization can turn the name, phone and email fields on the feedback form on or off and decides whether they are required; by default they are not required. The organization can also show a consent text on the form.
• Decisions on processing minors' data (legal basis, parental consent, privacy notice and retention) belong to the organization as data controller. At locations where children are often present, we recommend that the organization addresses this in its privacy notice.
• Administrator, team member and staff accounts are for the organization's employees.
• The mobile app does not ask for location (GPS) permission; the location is identified by a QR code or NFC tag.

7. Advertising, purchases and trackingCopy Anchor Link

EnaFeedback is provided under a contract with the organization; no payments are taken inside the product.

8. App store age ratingCopy Anchor Link

The app stores set the mobile app's official age rating from questionnaires that ENA Innovation completes: Apple's age rating questionnaire on the App Store and the IARC questionnaire on Google Play. The rating that applies is shown on the store listing once the app is published. This statement does not give a rating result.
