Mobile app
The EnaFeedback mobile app for Android and iOS, with features for field staff and admins, joining an organization, NFC tags and the biometric lock.
The EnaFeedback mobile app is an Android and iOS app for field staff and admins. Staff use it to check in and out, create cleaning and control logs, and scan NFC tags for verified logs. Admins use it to follow their inbox and write NFC tags. The app is currently in internal testing and is coming soon to the App Store and Google Play.

Required role and prerequisites
- Field staff: an active personnel record and a personnel code. In the mobile app, staff sign in with their personnel code.
- Admins: an admin panel user account in your organization with a suitable role.
- Writing NFC tags requires the Owner role.
- iOS devices need iOS 15.0 or later. NFC features need a device with NFC support.
Joining your organization
Open the app
Open the app on your phone. Before you can use it, you connect it to your organization.
Find your organization
Join in one of three ways: enter the organization code, scan a location's QR code, or tap an NFC tag.
Sign in
Field staff sign in with their personnel code; admins sign in with their own account.
For field staff
- QR and NFC scanning: scan the location from inside the app. The location card shows a countdown of the remaining session time.
- Staff desk: check-in, check-out and "I forgot"; cleaning logs; the control checklist with quality %; and a timer for the 30-minute cooldown.
- Visitor hub features: hygiene rating, feedback with photo, video and voice notes, surveys and content pages (including videos with captions).
NFC-verified logs
NFC verification works only in the EnaFeedback mobile app; only the app can read the trust token on an NFC tag. An NFC tap without the app opens the location in the browser as a normal, unverified session, the same as a QR scan. If "Verification required" is on, use the mobile app at locations with NFC tags.
For admins
- Desk counters and an inbox with tabs for hygiene reports, feedback and resolution teams.
- NFC tag writing (Owner only): from NFC settings in the app, save the location URL and a fresh trust token to a tag, verify it by reading it back, or lock it permanently.
- Reports, module settings, buildings and user management stay in the web admin panel.
Locking cannot be undone
A locked NFC tag becomes permanently read-only and cannot be written again. Verify the tag before you lock it.
Security and languages
- Biometric lock: lock the app with Face ID or a fingerprint.
- Sign-in tokens are kept in the device's secure storage.
- The app is available in 4 languages: Turkish, English, German and Arabic.
Known limits
- Push notifications are not active yet. Follow alerts by email, SMS or in-app notifications in the web admin panel.
- There is no offline mode. You need an internet connection to create logs.
- The app does not replace the admin panel; configuration and reporting happen on the web.
