How does the hygiene rating form work?

Visitors scan the QR code and select a cleanliness rating on a 1–5 scale. The display can be configured as emoji, stars, or numbers per location. An optional comment field and media attachments (Professional+) can also be included.

Can low ratings automatically create tickets?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You configure a threshold (e.g. ratings ≤ 2) in Hygiene Form settings. Submissions below the threshold automatically create a ticket in the Ticket Desk, where it can be assigned, prioritized, and resolved by cleaning staff.

What analytics are available for hygiene?

The Hygiene analytics module includes: average rating trend over time, rating distribution histogram, volume × quality bubble chart by location, heatmaps, and per-building/floor/unit drill-down. Advanced drill-down and comparisons require Professional+.

Can I see which specific locations have the worst hygiene scores?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The hygiene analytics module ranks locations by average rating, allowing you to identify underperforming locations immediately. Filters by building, floor, unit, and date range are all available.

Can I receive SMS alerts when hygiene scores drop?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Hygiene notification rules allow you to configure SMS and email alerts triggered by submissions below a score threshold. Alerts can be sent to specific team members or all hygiene module admins.
