Collecting ratings is not enough: from QR feedback to resolution

Single-purpose QR feedback tools are usually narrow products that collect a rating or short comment through a QR code. EnaFeedback offers feedback, hygiene ratings, surveys and content pages at the same QR point, turns reports into tickets and verifies field staff cleaning logs at the same location.

One QR, five modules

Feedback, hygiene ratings, surveys, content pages and request tracking at the same point.

A process, not just a score

Reports become tickets, go to a team and are recorded with a close result.

Verified staff logs

Cleaning and inspection logs are verified on site through NFC or a live display.

Plans and compliance

Actual logs are compared with the cleaning plan and compliance is reported as a percentage.

Enterprise roles and audit

7 roles, 35 permission scopes and an audit log protected by a hash chain.

A dedicated environment

Each customer runs on its own application stack, database and file storage.

When is single-purpose qr feedback tools enough?

  • If you only want satisfaction ratings at a few points, such as a single shop or café, a simple QR rating tool is enough.
  • If you do not need teams, ticket routing or cleaning tracking, and finishing setup in minutes is the priority.
  • If ready-made integrations, CSV export or an open API are must-haves; EnaFeedback offers Excel/PDF and a webhook for ticket events.

Collecting a score is easy; acting on it is hard

Single-purpose QR tools make it very easy to collect a smiley or star rating. In organizations, the real work starts after the rating arrives: Who looks at it? Which team acts? Was it fixed? How long did it take?

In EnaFeedback, every piece of feedback creates a ticket. It is routed to one or more resolution teams with a required note; team members work in their own inbox and conclude the routing as "Action taken," "Could not complete," "Forwarded" or "Returned." Feedback analytics show time to first read and time to close after the fact.

The visitor’s rating and the staff log in one place

When a restroom gets a low hygiene rating, the first question is when it was last cleaned. With single-purpose tools, that answer lives in another system or on a paper chart on the door.

In EnaFeedback, cleaners log their work at the same location and inspectors fill in a checklist. With verification required, logs can only be written through an NFC trust token or the rotating QR on a live display. Visitor ratings, staff logs and plan compliance sit side by side in the same reports.

Static QR versus rotating QR

Someone can photograph a printed static QR code and scan it from anywhere. For visitor feedback that is usually fine, but it cannot prove staff were on site.

EnaFeedback live displays generate a new QR every 15 seconds, and each code is valid for 30. NFC tags carry a trust token whose hash is the only thing the server stores. Both open a verified location session, but NFC verification works only in the EnaFeedback mobile app; tapping a tag without the app opens an unverified session, like an ordinary QR visit.

When is it too much?

EnaFeedback is built for hospitals, universities, airports, public institutions, municipalities and facility management companies that work across several buildings and teams. If you only want ratings at a single point, this scope may be more than you need, and setup takes longer than with a simpler tool.

Frequently asked questions

Can we keep using our current QR codes?
EnaFeedback QR codes point to a unique code for each location. Your current codes point to another service, so the posters need replacing. You can bulk download posters in ZIP batches of 100.
Can we use only hygiene ratings?
Yes. Modules can be turned on or off per location. For example, show only hygiene ratings in restrooms and feedback and surveys in waiting areas.
Do low ratings become tickets automatically?
No. You can turn on alert rules for low ratings, and turning a rating into a ticket is a one-click manual step. That keeps every low score from opening an unnecessary ticket.
Do we pay per location or per response?
No. We offer one unlimited plan with every feature, priced by quote.
How long does setup take?
A free trial with every feature is opened within about 2 hours. Bulk add locations and download posters to start collecting feedback the same day; team and plan setup depends on the size of your organization.
