Digital feedback instead of paper forms and suggestion boxes

Paper forms and suggestion boxes are the oldest way to collect visitor opinions, but every opinion waits until someone opens the box. EnaFeedback records each piece of feedback from a QR code or NFC tag instantly with its location, turns it into a ticket and tracks it to resolution.

Minutes, not weeks

Feedback shows up in the panel the moment it is sent, and an alert rule can notify the person in charge.

No need to describe the spot

Every QR and NFC point knows its location, so the team goes straight to the problem.

Complaints don’t get lost

Every report becomes a ticket, and it cannot close until all routings are concluded.

Visitors hear back

Visitors follow the status with a request code and get updates if they left contact details.

No manual counting

Reports by category, location and time are ready and download as Excel and PDF.

One QR, four languages

The same poster serves visitors who speak Turkish, English, German and Arabic.

When is paper forms and suggestion boxes enough?

  • If many of your visitors do not have or do not want to use a smartphone, keep paper forms as a backup channel. You can enter those forms into EnaFeedback with Manual feedback.
  • If you need to collect feedback where there is no mobile internet; EnaFeedback has no offline mode.
  • For a very small point that gets a few forms a year and needs no tracking or reporting, paper may be enough.

The real problem with a suggestion box: time

A suggestion box is a feedback channel, not a response channel. A form written when the restroom ran out of paper towels or the waiting room air conditioning broke is out of date by the time the box is opened. The problem has either gone away or hit more visitors.

In EnaFeedback, feedback lands in the panel the moment it is sent. Complaints get high priority automatically, and you can turn on alert rules for complaints or low hygiene scores to notify the person in charge by email, SMS or in-app notification.

From paper to ticket: who did what, and when?

A paper form’s journey is rarely documented: it comes out of the box, someone reads it, maybe a copy goes to a department. Nobody knows the outcome or how long it took.

In EnaFeedback, every piece of feedback creates a ticket. An authorized user routes it to one or more resolution teams with a required note, and the team concludes the routing with a result such as "Action taken" or "Forwarded." Every step is in the ticket history and the audit log.

Visitors know they were heard

People stop using channels where nothing happens. EnaFeedback gives visitors a request code after they submit. With it, they see whether the ticket is New, In progress or Closed. If they left contact details, they get an email or SMS when the status changes.

You don’t have to drop paper entirely

Paper forms can stay during the transition or for visitors who do not use digital channels. Enter them through Manual feedback, and they are routed as tickets and included in reports like everything else. All your feedback ends up in one place.

Frequently asked questions

Won’t older visitors be left out when we go digital?
They might, which is why we suggest keeping paper forms as a backup during the transition. Enter them with Manual feedback and handle them in the same process.
Do visitors need to download an app?
No. Visitors scan the QR code with the phone camera and the form opens in the browser. No account is needed, and submissions are anonymous by default.
Can it stay anonymous like a paper form?
Yes. Submissions are anonymous by default. If you make a contact field required, anonymous submission is turned off; the choice is yours.
Won’t spam or fake reports increase?
Submissions are rate-limited per minute, a hidden honeypot catches bots, and the same message from the same location within 15 minutes is rejected.
