The difference is where the survey is answered
Generic survey tools work through a link: you send the survey by email, message or a QR code that points to it. In a physical place, telling which waiting room or restroom an answer came from means building a separate survey or hidden fields for each location.
In EnaFeedback, you build a survey once and publish it at the locations you choose. The answer is stored with the location of the QR code the visitor scanned, and survey analytics let you compare locations.
