Setup wizard
The EnaFeedback setup wizard runs preflight checks and sets your organization, language, logos, branding and demo data in 8 steps. It runs only once.
The setup wizard is an 8-step flow that prepares a new EnaFeedback environment for use. It checks that system components are working, collects your organization's name, language, logos and brand color, and loads demo data if you want it. The wizard runs only once, and its result is written to a setup record.
Required role
- Only a user with the Owner role can run the wizard. Other roles, including Administrator, cannot start it.
The 8 steps
Welcome
The wizard opens with a short welcome screen that introduces the steps ahead.
Preflight checks
To confirm your environment is ready, the wizard checks these components: API, database, customer code, identity service, file storage, Redis and ENA Notify (the email and SMS notification service). If a check fails, contact us before continuing.
Organization
Enter your organization's identity details. You can update them later in System → System settings, under Organization identity.
Language and region
Choose the organization language: Turkish or English. Notifications, Excel and PDF exports and admin copy use this language. The time zone defaults to Europe/Istanbul and the country to Turkey.
Logos
Upload your organization logo and, if you like, a QR logo to place in the center of QR codes.
Branding
Set your organization's primary brand color. The default color is #123640.
Demo data
Optionally load hospital-themed demo data in Turkish. The profiles are described in the table below.
Review
Check your choices one last time and finish setup. After this step, the wizard does not open again.

Demo data also includes example hospital surveys, such as polyclinic satisfaction and common-area cleanliness. EnaFeedback has no ready-made survey template library; you can use Duplicate on these examples as a starting point for your own surveys.
Important limits
The organization language is locked after setup
The organization language you choose during setup cannot be changed later. Visitor languages are separate: visitors can switch between Turkish, English, German and Arabic.
- The wizard runs once. The demo data profile can only be chosen at this point.
- Logo and brand color can be changed after setup in System → System settings, under Brand.
- Setup record: the wizard's result is written to a separate setup audit log.
Common mistakes
- Picking the wrong organization language: if your team will use the admin panel in English, choose English during setup.
- Loading demo data into an environment meant for live use: demo data mixes into your reports. If you are going live, choose the "None" profile.
