Branding

Set your organization's primary color, logo, the logo in the center of QR codes and cover images in EnaFeedback's Brand settings.

Last updated:

The Brand setting makes EnaFeedback match your organization's visual identity. When visitors scan a QR code, seeing clearly that the screen and the poster belong to your organization builds trust and encourages them to respond.

This article covers the brand settings, how the QR logo affects posters, and what to watch out for.

Required role

Brand settings live under System → System settings → Brand and are managed by the Owner and Administrator roles. The first brand settings are made in the logos and branding steps of the setup wizard; you can update them here later.

Update your brand settings

Open Brand

Go to System → System settings → Brand.

Set the primary color

Enter your brand color's hex code. Use the primary color from your brand guidelines.

Upload the logos

Upload your logo and your QR logo. The QR logo is shown small, so a simple, square emblem works best.

Add cover images and save

Upload cover images and save. Then scan a location's QR code with a phone to check the result.

QR logo and posters

When you place the organization logo in the center of a QR element in the poster template editor, the QR code's error correction level is raised to H (the highest) automatically. The code stays readable even though the logo covers part of it.

In poster templates you can also set:

  • QR style: square, dots, rounded, classy, classy-rounded, extra-rounded
  • QR foreground and background colors
  • Background image (PNG, JPEG or WebP; up to 15 MB and 6000 px on the longest edge)

Test QR readability

A light QR foreground or a dark background can make scanning harder on some phone cameras. Before a large print run, test with several phones at the real print size. A dark foreground on a light background is the safest choice.

Tips

  • Make sure the primary color has enough contrast with the text shown on it. EnaFeedback targets WCAG 2.2 AA on visitor screens, and a very light primary color makes that harder.
  • Try brand changes on one location first, then download the posters again in bulk (ZIP, up to 100 locations).
  • If you change your logo, posters you already printed do not change. Download and print the posters again for the new logo.

Limits

  • Brand settings apply organization-wide.
  • Poster templates use the Noto Sans font.
  • The poster template editor works on desktop only.
