System settings
Get to know the 9 system settings areas, from organization identity, brand and regional settings to AI preferences, integrations and maintenance.
System settings is where EnaFeedback keeps its organization-wide settings. Nine areas live here, from your organization's name and time zone to AI preferences, notification providers and backup tools.
Required role
Open it from System → System settings. The Owner and Administrator roles manage the first five areas. The last four (Integrations, License, Software support, Maintenance and backup) are open to the Owner only.

A factory reset cannot be undone
Take an SQL export first, and agree on the reset with the right people in your organization. Data in the chosen scope is deleted; the audit tables are kept. If you are unsure, talk to our support team first.
Change a setting
Open System settings
In the left menu, go to System → System settings.
Pick the area
Open the area you want to change. Owner-only areas are not available to other roles.
Change and save
Make your change and save.
Users and modules
The System menu has two more screens:
- Users: invite admin users by email with their roles. The invitation link is valid for 7 days; there is no public sign-up. Users cannot change their own role or remove themselves. Only an Owner can grant or revoke the Owner role, and the last Owner cannot be removed.
- Module management: configuration of the hygiene, feedback, attendance, cleaning and control modules. Module configuration belongs to the Owner and Administrator roles.
