Module management
Use the Module management page in each menu section to set form texts, attachments, personal data, alert rules and the locations where a module appears.

Module management is where you set how the forms on visitor and staff screens look and work. There is no single central module screen: each menu section has its own Module management page. For example, feedback form settings are under Feedback → Module management, and hygiene report form settings are under Hygiene report → Module management. Alert rules are also managed on these pages, in the Alerts tab. The page exists only in the admin panel (/admin).
Required role and permission
- Each Module management page opens with its own permission. These permissions belong only to the Owner and Administrator roles; other roles do not see these pages in the menu.
- To change the Reminders & timesheet settings of the Attendance log module you also need the personnel management permission; without it the tab is view-only.
The five Module management pages
| Menu path | Modules in the list on the left |
|---|---|
| Hygiene report → Module management | Hygiene report, Positive outcome |
| Feedback → Module management | Visitor feedback module, Visitor positive outcome, Staff feedback module, Staff positive outcome |
| Check-in / Check-out → Module management | Attendance log |
| Cleaning logs → Module management | Cleaning log |
| Control logs → Module management | Inspection log |
Surveys and content pages do not use Module management; their settings are on the management screens in the Surveys and Pages menus.
Configure a module
Open the page
In the side menu, click Module management under the relevant section.
Choose the module
Choose the module you want to configure in the list on the left. Its tabs open on the right.
Make your change in a tab
The tabs are described below. The Preview tab shows the screen visitors or staff will see, inside a phone frame.
Save
Save interface, extension, personal data and visibility changes with the Save button in the tab. If you switch to another tab or module without saving, an "Unsaved changes" warning appears. Changes in the Alerts tab are saved automatically.
Tabs
| Module | Tabs |
|---|---|
| Hygiene report | Preview, Interface, Extensions, Alerts, Visibility |
| Visitor and staff feedback module | Preview, Interface, Extensions, Personal data, Alerts, Visibility |
| Cleaning log, Inspection log | Preview, Interface, Extensions, Alerts, Visibility |
| Attendance log | Preview, Interface, Extensions, Alerts, Reminders & timesheet, Visibility |
| Positive outcome pages | Preview, Content, Conditions |
Known limits
- Module settings apply to the whole organization; you cannot define different form texts per location. Per location you only set visibility.
- A Cleaning log is created with a single tap; it takes no photo, comment or checklist. The checklist is specific to the inspection log.
- Alert rule recipients come from roles; you cannot pick people per rule. Use follows for personal alerts.
- On a phone, Module management shows the module list first and the tabs when you tap a module. See Admin panel on phones and tablets.
