The EnaFeedback free trial is an environment with every feature, opened so you can try the product in real conditions at your own organization. Your environment is ready within about 2 hours of your request. This article covers what the trial includes, the demo data option and how to request a trial.
Required role and prerequisites
- You request a trial through our website or contact channels, not inside the product, so no role is needed.
- When the environment is ready, the first user signs in with the Owner role and completes the setup wizard.
What is included
The trial has no feature restrictions. You try the same product you would use after buying:
- Location access through QR posters, live displays and NFC tags
- Visitor feedback, hygiene ratings, surveys and content pages
- Tickets, resolution teams and the team inbox
- Cleaning logs, control logs, tracking plans and check-in / check-out
- Alerts, reports and Excel / PDF export
- A visitor interface in Turkish, English, German and Arabic; an admin panel in Turkish and English
Each customer runs on a dedicated application stack with its own database, cache and file storage. Your trial environment is dedicated to you as well.

Wait for your environment
Your environment is opened within about 2 hours of your request, and we let you know when it is ready.
Complete the setup wizard
Sign in as the Owner and complete the 8-step setup wizard. During setup you can choose an optional demo data profile.
Try it with your team
Add your buildings and locations, put up a few posters and invite your colleagues. For a full roadmap, see Quick start.
Demo data option
In the setup wizard, you can load hospital-themed demo data in Turkish. This lets you explore reports, tickets and analytics before real data builds up.

Demo data is chosen only during setup
The demo data profile can only be chosen in the setup wizard. The wizard runs once, so make this decision during setup.
Tips
- Run the trial in a real area: for example, put up posters in a polyclinic waiting area and a B-block 2nd-floor restroom.
- Set up a resolution team and route your first ticket to see the whole flow.
- To try the field team features, add a few staff members under Personnel → Personnel.
