What question types are available?

The survey builder supports 8 question types: Likert scale (slider, number, star, or emoji display), NPS (0–10), matrix rating, single-choice, multi-choice, short text, long text, and privacy consent. Section headers can also be added between question groups.

What is survey versioning?

Surveys are versioned, meaning you can publish a new version of a survey without losing historical response data from previous versions. Each version's analytics are tracked separately. You can also copy community templates and modify them.

How are survey sessions tracked?

When a visitor scans a survey QR code, a session is created. Sessions track: QR opened, form started (first question answered), in progress (partial), and completed. Sessions abandoned for 24+ hours are marked as abandoned. This funnel data helps identify drop-off points.

Can surveys be deployed to specific locations only?

Yes. Each Survey QR code is assigned to a specific location in your building hierarchy. You can deploy different survey versions to different locations or floors. Analytics are broken down per location so you can compare responses across spaces.

Can I export survey responses?

Accepted Answer

On Professional and Enterprise plans, survey data can be exported to Excel (XLSX) as a multi-sheet workbook: one sheet per question type, plus a session summary sheet. Basic download is available on all plans; advanced export with full column metadata requires Professional+.
