Each cleaning team member receives a unique numeric security code during onboarding. To log an action, they scan the location QR, enter their code, select the action type (Cleaning, Maintenance, or Inspection), and optionally add a voice memo, photo, or video.

How are personnel codes managed?

Codes are generated by the system and never visible to admins after creation (for privacy). Personnel can recover their code via email or phone. Codes can be regenerated if compromised. Each person's code is unique and tied to their profile.

What analytics are available for cleaning compliance?

The Cleaning analytics module shows: action type mix (cleaning vs. maintenance vs. inspection), cadence charts (how often each location is cleaned), gap detection (locations not cleaned in the expected interval), top locations and top personnel rankings.

Can I be notified if a location has not been cleaned?

Accepted Answer

Gap detection analytics identify locations where cleaning has not been logged within the expected interval. You can also configure notification rules for cleaning events, though real-time gap alerts require checking analytics manually.

Can cleaning personnel add photos or voice notes?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On Professional and Enterprise plans, multimedia attachments are supported on cleaning logs: up to 5 photos, a voice recording (up to 2 minutes), or a video (up to 50MB). Attachments help document the condition of the location at the time of cleaning.
