How does the building hierarchy work?

Enafeedback organizes physical spaces as: Building → Floors → Units → Locations (QR points). Each level can have multiple items. Each location is assigned a module type (Feedback, Hygiene, or Survey). Analytics drill down to any level of the hierarchy.

How many buildings can we manage?

Accepted Answer

Starter supports 1 building (50 locations), Professional supports 5 buildings (500 locations), and Enterprise supports up to 10,000 buildings (5,000 active locations) — effectively unlimited for most deployments. Custom limits are available via Enterprise account offers.

Question 3

Can different facility managers access only their buildings?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Role-based access control lets you assign team members to specific modules. While the current RBAC is module-based (rather than building-based), platform owners can manage which team members have access to which management surfaces. Building-level access control is a roadmap item.

How do we prove cleaning compliance for audits?

Accepted Answer

The Cleaning Tracking module creates a timestamped, location-tagged log for every cleaning, maintenance, and inspection action. The HMAC-SHA256 audit chain provides tamper-evident records. Logs can be exported to CSV for up to 5,000 rows per export for regulatory submission.

Can we integrate Enafeedback with our CAFM or BMS system?

Accepted Answer

Not natively, but outbound webhooks can forward cleaning logs, hygiene alerts, and feedback tickets to your Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) or Building Management System (BMS) endpoint. n8n, Make, or a custom integration service can bridge the two systems.
