Global Settings

Configure workspace-wide settings including organisation info, form configuration, integrations, and subscription.

Global Settings control workspace-wide configuration. Changes here affect all team members and all locations.

Navigate to Global Settings in the sidebar (requires platform:admin or platform:owner role).

Organisation

Primary colourBrand accent colour used in visitor-facing forms

Subscription

View your current plan, included features, and usage limits. From here you can:

  • See the plan renewal date.
  • Download invoices.
  • Request a plan upgrade (directs to your account manager).

Digital channels

Configure links that appear in the visitor-facing footer on all forms:

  • Website URL
  • Social media links (Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter)
  • Custom link label and URL
