Global Settings
Configure workspace-wide settings including organisation info, form configuration, integrations, and subscription.

Global Settings control workspace-wide configuration. Changes here affect all team members and all locations.
Navigate to Global Settings in the sidebar (requires platform:admin or platform:owner role).
Organisation
| Section | What you configure |
|---|---|
| Organisation name | Display name of the workspace |
| Logo | Primary logo used in emails and printed PDF reports |
| Favicon | Small icon for browser tabs |
| Primary colour | Brand accent colour used in visitor-facing forms |
| Support email | Shown to visitors who need help |
Subscription
View your current plan, included features, and usage limits. From here you can:
- See the plan renewal date.
- Download invoices.
- Request a plan upgrade (directs to your account manager).
Digital channels
Configure links that appear in the visitor-facing footer on all forms:
- Website URL
- Social media links (Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter)
- Custom link label and URL
