Reviews Overview
Understand how the Enafeedback Review module works — from form configuration to auto-ticketing and analytics.
Last updated on
The Review module lets you deploy structured rating forms to specific QR locations. Visitors scan a QR code and answer LIKERT-scale, single-choice, or multi-choice questions, optionally add a comment, and submit. Low scores or comments with media automatically create support tickets.
Review lifecycle
Configure questions → Activate location poster → Collect responses →
Auto-ticket on low scores → Review analytics → Export CSVKey capabilities
- LIKERT scale — Display ratings as emoji, stars, or numbers. Configurable scale range.
- Single and multi-choice — Predefined answer options with optional "other" text entry.
- Comment box — Optional open-ended comment field, with photo, voice, and video attachment support.
- Auto-ticket — Automatically create a support ticket when a visitor submits a low score or attaches media. Ticket is linked to the review response.
- Per-location — Each location QR can link to the same review form. Analytics are broken down by location, building, and floor.
- Notifications — Configure email or SMS notification rules for ticket creation events.
