What question types are available in the Review module?

The Review module supports LIKERT scale questions (configurable as emoji, stars, or numbers), single-choice, and multi-choice questions. An optional open-ended comment box, voice recording, photo, and video can be enabled per form.

How does auto-ticket creation work?

When a visitor submits a review with a score below your configured threshold, or attaches a comment or media file, the system automatically creates a support ticket. The ticket is linked to the review response and routed through your existing ticket workflow.

Can review forms be deployed to specific locations only?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each Review QR code is assigned to a specific location in your building hierarchy. You can configure different review forms per location or use a single form across all locations. Analytics are broken down per location so you can compare responses across spaces.

What analytics are available for reviews?

Accepted Answer

The Review analytics dashboard shows per-question score distributions, averages, and response counts. Location breakdown shows which areas receive the most responses and the lowest scores. All data is filterable by date range and building.

Can I export review responses?

Accepted Answer

On Professional and Enterprise plans, review data can be exported to CSV. The export includes response date, location, per-question answers, comment, and ticket code if a ticket was created.
