Integrations Overview

Connect Enafeedback to your existing tools and workflows using webhooks and native integrations.

Last updated on

Enafeedback connects to your existing systems through two mechanisms:

Webhooks

Webhooks are HTTP callbacks — Enafeedback sends an HTTP POST request to a URL you control whenever specific events occur. This is the most powerful and flexible integration method.

Use webhooks to:

  • Push feedback to a CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Create tickets in a help desk (e.g., Zendesk, Jira, Freshdesk)
  • Send alerts to Slack or Microsoft Teams
  • Trigger automation in Make (Integromat), Zapier, or n8n
  • Sync data to a data warehouse (BigQuery, Snowflake)

See Webhooks for the full setup guide.

Native integrations

Native integrations are pre-built connectors that require minimal configuration. They are available on selected plans.

See Available Integrations for the current list.

SMS providers

SMS is treated as a notification channel rather than an integration. See Notification Settings for SMS provider setup.

API access

For custom integrations not covered by webhooks, Enafeedback provides a REST API. See the API Reference for endpoint documentation.
