Response timeline
A line chart shows response volume over the selected period. This helps identify:
- Peak response times (useful for staffing decisions)
- Impact of location changes (e.g., moving a poster)
- Seasonal patterns
Filtering
All analytics can be filtered by:
- Date range — Custom or preset periods
- Location — One or more specific locations
- Language — Which language version the visitor saw
- Survey version — Compare responses across published versions
Comparing versions
When you publish a new survey version, the analytics timeline shows a version marker. You can filter to a specific version to see before/after comparisons.
NPS trend
The NPS chart shows the rolling 30-day NPS alongside the raw Promoter, Passive, and Detractor percentages. This trend view helps you track improvement over time.
Text response analysis
Text responses (from open-ended questions) are listed with:
- Response text
- Submission timestamp
- Location
You can flag individual responses for follow-up. Flagged responses appear in the Feedback section as tickets.
Responses are anonymised before being shown in the analytics view — personally identifiable content is redacted.
