Dashboard

The Enafeedback analytics dashboard — KPIs, real-time data, and multi-module insights in one view.

The Dashboard is the first screen you see after logging in to the admin panel. It provides an at-a-glance view of activity across all modules for the current period.

Dashboard cards

CardWhat it shows
Total responsesSum of all survey + hygiene + feedback submissions in the selected period
Average scoreWeighted average rating across all rated interactions
NPSNet Promoter Score from survey NPS questions
Active locationsNumber of locations with at least one submission in the period
Pending ticketsOpen feedback tickets not yet resolved
Cleaning compliancePercentage of scheduled cleaning tasks completed on time

Period selector

The time period selector in the top right lets you view data for:

  • Today
  • Last 7 days (default)
  • Last 30 days
  • Last 90 days
  • Custom date range

All dashboard cards and charts update instantly when you change the period.

Module breakdown chart

A stacked bar chart shows daily submission counts broken down by module (surveys, hygiene, feedback tickets). Hover over a bar to see exact counts.

Location performance table

The bottom of the dashboard shows a ranked table of locations sorted by response volume. Columns:

  • Location name (building → floor → unit)
  • Total responses
  • Average score
  • Open tickets
  • Last activity

Click any location to open the location-specific analytics view.

Activation checklist

For new workspaces, the dashboard shows an Activation Hub — a checklist of setup steps:

  1. Add your first location
  2. Create your first survey
  3. Generate your first poster
  4. Invite your first team member
  5. Configure notifications

Completed steps are checked off automatically. The hub disappears once all steps are complete.

Real-time updates

The dashboard polls for new data every 60 seconds. A subtle badge appears on the card when new submissions arrive since the last render.

Exporting dashboard data

Click Export (top right) to download the current dashboard view as:

  • CSV — All KPI values for the selected period
  • PDF — A formatted summary report with charts
