Review Analytics
Understand per-question and per-location analytics for the Review module.

Navigate to Review → Analytics in the admin dashboard to access detailed response analytics.
Overview metrics
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Total responses | Total number of review submissions in the selected period |
| Avg score | Average LIKERT score across all LIKERT questions |
| With comment | Responses that include a comment |
| Auto-tickets created | Number of tickets automatically opened from review submissions |
Per-question analytics
For each question the dashboard shows:
- Score distribution (count and percentage per option)
- Average score (LIKERT only)
- Response count
Per-location breakdown
Shows which locations received the most responses and which had the lowest average scores.
Date filtering
Filter by date range using the date pickers at the top of the Analytics panel.
Export
Use the Export CSV button to download all responses in the selected date range. See Review Analytics for column descriptions.
