Generate PDF reports and export raw data from any module in Enafeedback.

Enafeedback supports two export formats — PDF reports for presentation and sharing, and CSV exports for raw data analysis.
PDF reports
PDF reports are server-rendered, branded documents that include charts and summary tables. They are suitable for stakeholder reports, compliance evidence, and management presentations.
Generating a PDF report
- Navigate to the analytics or list view you want to export (e.g., Hygiene, Survey Analytics, Feedback).
- Apply any filters (date range, location, etc.).
- Click Export → PDF.
- The report is generated server-side and downloaded to your device within a few seconds.
PDF report content
Each module has a tailored PDF template:

Ticket PDF
Individual feedback tickets can be exported as PDF:
- Open the ticket detail view.
- Click Download PDF.
The ticket PDF includes the full description, attached photo, status history, and internal notes.
CSV export
CSV exports give you raw data for further analysis in Excel, Google Sheets, or a BI tool.
What can be exported
- Survey responses (all question–answer pairs per submission)
- Hygiene submissions (all category scores)
- Feedback tickets (metadata and description text)
- Cleaning logs (timestamp, personnel, tasks)
- Analytics events (aggregated visitor event counts)
- Audit log (admin actions)
How to export
- Navigate to the relevant section.
- Apply filters.
- Click Export → CSV.
Large exports (>10,000 rows) are processed in the background. You receive an email with a download link when the export is ready.
CSV format
All CSV exports use UTF-8 encoding with comma separators. Date/time values are in ISO 8601 format (UTC). Column headers are in English regardless of the dashboard language.
Scheduled reports (coming soon)
Scheduled PDF reports (daily, weekly, monthly) sent by email are on the product roadmap. Contact support to join the early access list.
