Collect rapid cleanliness and hygiene assessments from visitors using QR posters.

The Hygiene module is a purpose-built tool for facilities management. Visitors rate cleanliness at a specific location — a restroom, a kitchen, a lobby — by scanning a poster and tapping a rating for each hygiene category.
How it works
- A hygiene poster is placed at a location (e.g., the entrance to a restroom).
- A visitor scans the QR code.
- The hygiene form displays 3–6 rating categories (configurable).
- The visitor taps a rating (1–5 stars) for each category and optionally adds a comment.
- The submission is recorded and visible immediately in the admin dashboard.
Configuring the hygiene form
Hygiene form settings are in Global Settings → Hygiene Form.

| Minimum categories | Force visitors to rate at least N categories |

| Thank-you message | Text shown after submission |
Hygiene analytics
Navigate to Hygiene in the sidebar to see:
- Average score per category and per location
- Response count and trend over time
- Heatmap — which locations score lowest
- Low-score alerts — submissions that triggered a notification
Export hygiene data to PDF or CSV from the top-right menu.
Hygiene alerts
You can configure automatic alerts when hygiene scores fall below a threshold:
- Go to Global Settings → Feedback Module → Hygiene notifications.
- Set the alert threshold (e.g., notify when average < 3).
- Select which team members receive the alert and by which channel.
Alerts are sent in real time — typically within 30 seconds of the low-score submission.
Hygiene vs. Cleaning
The Hygiene module measures perceived cleanliness from the visitor's point of view. The Cleaning module measures cleaning activity — whether staff have completed their scheduled tasks. Both modules feed the same analytics dashboard for a complete picture.
Viewing submissions
In the Hygiene page, each row is one visitor submission with:
- Location
- Submission time
- Per-category scores
- Comment (if provided)
- Alert status
Click any row to see the full detail. You can add an internal note (e.g., "Team dispatched at 14:30").
