The Surveys module is the most versatile data-collection tool in Enafeedback. It supports everything from a simple one-question satisfaction score to a complex multi-page branching questionnaire.
Survey lifecycle
Create → Configure questions → Set conditional logic →
Deploy to location → Activate poster → Collect responses →
Review analytics → Generate AI insightsKey capabilities
- Multi-language — Each question and answer option can have translations. When a visitor scans a poster, the form is shown in the language of the poster's locale, with a fallback to the survey's default language.
- Versions — Every time you publish changes to a survey, a new version is created. Historical responses are always linked to the version they were collected under.
- Conditional logic — Show or hide questions, or jump to a different section, based on a visitor's answer to a previous question.
- Templates — Create a survey from a pre-built template (NPS, CSAT, employee satisfaction, hygiene) or save any survey as a reusable template.
- Deployment — A survey must be deployed to a location before visitors can respond to it. Deployment links the survey to the QR poster at that location.
