QR Poster Templates
Design and export branded QR posters that link visitors to feedback, hygiene, or survey forms.
Last updated on
The Templates module (/admin/templates) lets you create printable QR posters without external design tools. Each template binds a location or survey to a layout with your logo, colours, and short instructions.
Templates are separate from location QR codes — use templates when you need a polished PDF for print shops or framed displays.
Open Templates in the admin sidebar and click New template.
Choose a layout (A4 portrait, square sticker, door hanger) and target module (feedback, hygiene, or survey).
Upload a logo (PNG/SVG), set primary colour, and edit the headline and body copy — supports all 72 visitor languages.
Bind a location or survey so the embedded QR resolves correctly.
Preview on desktop, then Export PDF or send directly to a connected print integration.
Template editor
The editor (/admin/templates/editor) provides live preview with safe margins for bleed. Undo history is kept for the session; publish when ready so field teams can download the latest version from the template list.
Best practices
| Tip | Why |
|---|---|
| Use high-contrast QR quiet zones | Improves scan reliability on glossy paper |
| Keep copy under 120 characters | Readable at arm's length |
| Localise headline per building | Higher completion rates |
| Version templates in the name | e.g. Lobby-v3-2026 for audit trails |
