QR Code Posters

Create, customise, and print QR code posters that link to your surveys, hygiene forms, and feedback forms.

Posters are the physical interface between Enafeedback and your visitors. They are printable cards with a QR code that visitors scan to access a digital form.

Templates

Posters are generated from templates. A template defines the visual design:

  • Your organisation's logo
  • Background colour and style
  • Text blocks (title, instructions, footer)
  • QR code position and size

Templates are reusable — you create a template once and generate as many posters from it as you need.

Creating a template

  1. Navigate to Templates in the sidebar.
  2. Click New template.
  3. Select the poster type.
  4. In the Template Editor:
    • Upload your logo.
    • Choose background style (solid colour, gradient, or custom image).
    • Edit text blocks (the editor supports multiple languages).
    • Drag and resize the QR code placeholder.
  5. Click Save template.

Generating posters from a template

After creating a template, assign it to one or more locations:

  1. Open the template and click Generate posters.
  2. Select the locations.
  3. The system generates a unique QR code for each location–template combination.
  4. Download individual PDFs or a batch ZIP file.

Downloading

  • Single PDF — One poster per page, ready to print at A4 or A5 size.
  • Bulk ZIP — All selected posters in one archive, named by location.

Print posters at a minimum resolution of 300 DPI for crisp QR codes.

Assigning a survey to a poster

For Survey-type posters, you must also link a specific survey:

  1. Open the template → Generate posters.
  2. Select the target location.
  3. Choose the survey from the Survey dropdown.
  4. Click Generate.

Each location can have multiple active posters of different types simultaneously.

Replacing a poster

If a poster is damaged or a survey changes significantly, you may want to generate a new poster with a new QR code:

  1. Open the existing poster assignment in Templates → [Template] → Active posters.
  2. Click Regenerate QR — this invalidates the old code and creates a new one.
  3. Print the new poster and replace the physical one.

After regenerating, the old QR code becomes invalid immediately. Replace the physical poster before scanning resumes.

Frame stickers

For locations where a full poster isn't practical (e.g., on equipment or at a small reception desk), use frame stickers — a smaller format that contains only the QR code and a brief instruction. Frame stickers are downloaded from the same poster generation flow, selecting Sticker format in the size dropdown.
